The play space was a safe and sanitary environment for all those in my party to enjoy. The parental lounge was nice and cozy leaving the adults an opportunity to sit down and relax while watching everything through the glass doors. The temperature in the environment was climate controlled leaving guests comfortable. The private party space was lit up with decor, and each child's seat had a special favor for them to take home. Activities took place while eating and socializing, the kids were able to participate in play with Max Adventures staff leaving them singing and dancing for joy. My Funplex experience was AMAZING! A friend saw a post online about an After Dark event so we…read morebooked it. The After Dark hours were from 9PM-1AM for a 21 and over crowd. When we arrived, everything was up and running as if it were daytime. All the games, rides and attractions were in service. I rode Go Karts for the first time in yearrrs and I actually came in first place. Me! That was dope. The BIG FUN though was all the water rides. Lazy River, pool tubing and the main pool were all open and full of people ready for a great time. We were treated to a DJ who understood the crowd assignment and shoutout to the most wonderful staff. All employees on this night were in a great mood and they gave party vibes too. The promoters didn't over sell this event, so crowds and lines weren't a problem at all. I had such a blast that I wasn't even mad about getting my phone wet. I'm looking forward to going back to The Funplex for another After Dark night out. I thought they were gonna shortchange us but that didn't happen. We were given the whole experience. Good stuff!

Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!

Some things I do have to say is that the blinds suddenly went up as we were playing and I had to search the entire room to find out how to bring it back down. Also, the website for Pingpod was a bit misleading and I ended up getting charged for drinks twice. It light up green for a few seconds to indicate success and then disappeared. There was no option to cancel so it was very easy to charge on the website but not quite to get a refund. Ended calling and got back in credits because they said they couldn't cancel the charge (disappointing) Overall though, great place and special shoutout to the slack community that appears to be very active.
