Beers were fine and the food was fine, but did not feel for the wait anything was really fabulous. If it wasn't for the fact that this location is on the 2025 Ale Trail, we would not recommend.

I get my order but not as I requested. Canadian bacon is in there and turkey sausage on a side plate. The hollandaise sauce looks like melted cheddar and no lemon on the side. Worst of all I cut into the poached eggs and they're too hard. Well I was just too disappointed in their skill level to ask them to redo. Our amazing waitress was trying to talk me into ordering something else if I didn't want a redo. She had a manager come by and I told him what I ordered and how I got it. It was ok I didn't want to trouble anyone. He insisted they'd get it right so I gave in. A few minutes later he presents me with jiggly poached eggs on top of turkey sausage and wedges of lemon. I will say I was impressed the second time around, though the hollandaise sauce needs work! Here's a quick blender recipe Ingredients: 3 egg yolks, 1 tbsp lemon juice, pinch salt, 1/2 cup hot melted butter. No need to make it from powder. You "can" taste the difference! Over all very happy with the cleanliness, service, attention and will be back mid March for that tuna sandwich. Mmm can't wait!

Beware: Safety Must Come First! If you value your safety, avoid Union Station Grill and any establishments owned or operated by Dan Scarberry and the Scarberry Restaurant Group (SRG) at all costs. The lack of accountability for patrons and the environment is alarming. Other restaurants under this ownership include: * New Town Food and Spirits * Square Mile Public House * The Floating Squirrel Recently, my fiancé was violently attacked by an intoxicated patron while she was being served a drink at Union Station Grill. The staff did nothing to intervene as I struggled to get the assailant off her. I had to call 911 myself while restraining the attacker, as the staff had reportedly been instructed not to contact the police. The incident unfolded on a wet, broken glass-covered floor, and both my fiancé and I sustained minor injuries and damage to our belongings. She was bedridden for two days due to pain from being thrown to the ground. When the Columbia Borough Police arrived, they questioned the attacker but released them without even speaking to us. They rudely stated that unless we had video proof, no action could be taken. It's clear that the police are frustrated with the owner for his lack of cooperation during such incidents. After the attack, both the bartender and DJ Mr. Bill urged us not to inform Dan Scarberry, fearing repercussions for an employee who had no involvement. Mr. Bill suggested we let the police handle it, despite their lack of support. In an attempt to resolve this matter, I reached out to Dan directly at his personal number, requesting access to the relevant video footage. All my messages have been read and ignored. I know I have the correct number. Feel free to contact Dan directly with any grievances of your own (717) 951-0158. Just don't expect him to care or respond. As a business owner myself, I strive to resolve conflicts privately before going public. However, Dan Scarberry has consistently disregarded my attempts to communicate. The very next morning after the incident, when I saw him in the parking lot, he brushed us off, claiming he was too busy to talk. Why would a bar owner refuse to assist a customer who was attacked on their premises by providing video footage? What is there to hide? How can any patron feel safe in an establishment where the owner shows such blatant disregard for their well-being? This is not merely about poor service; it reflects a culture of lying, cheating, and a complete lack of accountability from ownership and management. I urge anyone affected to come forward. Shitty service. The bartender/ waiter got into an altercation with a customer and was belligerent with him and his girlfriend. I had to step in and check the bartender who should be fired. Not to memtion he was drinking on the job which obviously isnt safe to him or anyone here. He even started the altercation too. The foods good tho. read more
