Great place to have lunch or dinner with friends and family. Inside has a large bar with lots of seating and outlets. The table's inside are limited as it is on the smaller side. I didn't like how dark it was inside, they keep the lights low. Outside option looks amazing for the nicer weather. Too bad they don't have heat lamps for the cooler months. Food was excellent. Prices are a little higher but you get a good amount of food and high quality for what it is. My only complaint is that our waitress did not come back around to refill our drinks but it was a busy time on a Sunday. I'd go back again in the summer and sit outside! read more

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF. I had the worst and most disgusting experience here. First, one of the guys working there was rude to my friend after he asked where the bathroom was. I then went to get a drink from the bar, where I specifically asked the bartender ( who was also our waitress) if I am able to bring the drink back to my table and she said yes that is fine, then the same guy/worker who was rude to my friend came over to my table 10 mins later with an attitude telling me that I can't have a drink at the table if my friends are under 21. I explained to him that we are all 21 or above 21 but he continued to give us a problem and said only a 25 year old or above can be at the table with a drink even after us explaining that we are 21. If this guy/worker wanted to take appropriate precautions, he should have had us show our IDs, which my friends and I would've gladly done. Then when I was just finishing up my fries, the waitress/bartender that told me that I could take my drink back to the table came over and took my tray from me while I was in the middle of finishing my fries but she she purposely told my other friend that she can keep eating her chips if she's not done. This was extremely unprofessional and petty. This same waitress/bartender also was making jokes to other guests about the flies that were going on the tv's and peoples food. To joke about something unsanitary like that is unprofessional. The only thing that was decent was the food but after the unsanitary conditions, I even question that. read more

We came on a Friday night to eat on the patio. It's an okay atmosphere, but a little annoying with people who think they need to show off cars and peal out on the road. But that's not to any fault of the restaurant. The drinks came and then the food. My table ordered the Cheeseburger Twisters and I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Twister with Onion rings. The food was decent tasting. HOWEVER I bit into my Twister to find a black bead from part of someone's necklace/bracelet. YUCK! I could have chipped or broken my tooth. They offered to make me a new one. To which I declined because I was completely grossed out. They did take it off the bill only after I requested since I didn't really eat my meal. I think this place has a lot to work on. Customer service would be where I start. It was a complete bother to address the situation instead of actually taking true responsibility and care for the customer. Will not be back. read more

We decided that we wanted to try a new sports bar, so we came here on a Thursday night around 6:30. It was packed but we got seated pretty quickly. Our server got to us almost as soon as we sat down and was very attentive the whole time despite it being super busy. I ordered a Trash Can ($12) while Ryan ordered a Yuengling ($4). I've never had a trash can where they filled the cup up with alcohol and served the Red Bull on the side, they for sure gave you your moneys worth and it was really good. For dinner I ordered the Stubboli ($10.95), which is the smaller version of their Stromboli, and Ryan ordered a small Chicken Parm Sub ($10.95). The Stromboli was very good, it had ham, salami, a ton of cheese, and mustard which always makes a Stromboli better. The Chicken Parm sub was one of the best we've had in our area! The bread actually held up and didn't get soggy from the sauce and they loaded it with chicken. It could have used a little bit more sauce but that was remedied by dipping it in my side marinara from my Stromboli. Overall, the prices here are great and you definitely get your moneys worth. It's a great place to watch any sports game that's playing they've got TV's lining the walls playing them all. We will for sure be back!! read more

All year around, you can expect exceptional service from great staff who are eager to meet your needs. The food is great. The French onion soup is among the best in the county. Honestly so disappointed with my takeout order today - I ordered your BBQ cheeseburger "Medium" - unfortunately it was not medium it was far overcooked. Additionally, I know when I've ordered burgers in the past, they were actual hamburgers- I mean to say hand made. Today's meat looks like a thin pre-pressed frozen hamburger. Maybe that in its self was a contributing factor. Don't know that I can order here again as sadly it's not the first time I've had an issue with my order. When it's done properly it's really good food - just can't risk it at almost $20 for a burger. Bummed. read more

Horrible experience. We sat at the bar and served drinks and given food menus right away, although the owner made a cocky joke. When I asked about drink specials, the owner replied that there are no specials, but that they are open and that's their special. There were many workers behind the bar, but every single one ignored us even as we politely tried to get their attention that we were ready to order food. After five minutes, we timed them until another 15 minutes transpired until one worker asked my wife if she wanted a refill on her soda. Why offer a drink refill and not ask if we were ready to order food? The menus were closed in front of us, which should be another sign that we were ready to order. At this point, we were so angry and hungry (hangry) that we asked for the check. My wife requested the manager to tell them that we were disappointed in being ignored for so long. The manager's response was simply "I'm sorry." We were not looking for any freebies or compensation, just a human acknowledgement of their rude behavior. We used to like Stubby's, not so much anymore. We went to a different restaurant at they took our food order right away. read more

My family and I decided to come here on a whim one night for dinner. We were able to find a spot as there is a very large parking lot. We chose to dine in and proceeded to stand there for several minutes until someone acknowledged us. Then, the bartender/server told us we could sit anywhere and someone would be with us. I will say it was rather confusing who our actual server is. If it's a team effort, I would state that ahead of time "hey here at stubby's we work as a team..." Several times we were asked things that someone was supposed to be taking care of. We ordered our drinks, which came out quickly. We started with the pierogies, which would have been better if they weren't so oily. They were definitely a decent portion. We ordered one kids meal and our other son wings with a side Caesar. The salad came out first even though we wanted it to come out together. My son didn't love the wings as they were a very odd mild flavor. Somewhat peppery to a certain extent. I ordered the west coast with chicken. I was VERY overwhelmed. The sandwich was so measly even though after reading the reviews I assumed it would be hearty. It was a lot of LTO and bread. Per the menu it says fried onions - there were none. There was also globs of Mayo on it. Overall, it was okay. I wouldn't rush to go back. Service was okay. The staff was nice just not overly efficient at times. Food was average. It was nice to see the owner walking around and checking on things. Prices were okay. read more

Apparently had an incident on 8/28 at the Olde Hickory Road Location ....it's not an ethnic suitable environment...tried to play some Latin, R&B, Reggae, Hip-hop music on the TouchTone and had my songs deleted.....the white patrons did not like it, but the staff permitted their music....White Patrons were making unwelcome comments to my Wife and I who happen to be Hispanic. The bartenders seemed to cater to the white patrons.....it's disappointing since my wife and I are wealthy Floridians who move our family and multi-million dollar company to Lititz to escape the racism in Florida. Today we experienced the same behavior at Stubby's......just really sad since our go-to-spot in Wellington Florida (Oli's) made 200K a year from my service alone...I suggest Hispanic's to go some where else..... read more

Unfortunately, I have to give them 1 start at this point. I have dined-in multiple times and always pretty good with attentive staff and tasty food, at the Olde Hickfory location. However, back to back terrible take-out experiences are leading to this review at this location, and lack of accountability. Both times I have ordered the same items for takeout, both times, terrible food. I ordered the 20 dollar extra large North Side Steak and Cheese with NO Steak Sauce (not sure why marinara would go on a sub anyway). First time I got home opened it up and the sub was to wet that you couldn't pick it up, and it fell apart the steak was overcooked and sub wasn't toasted, on top of it having sauce on it I asked not to be on it. Tonight, I though I would give another chance.... See pictures, instead of no steak sauce, they added steak sauce, half filled the sub, and didn't include the onions. I even checked it at the restaurant, and told them the issue about the steak sauce, let them know this happened last time... if I wanted to wait 15 minutes with my kids in the car, they would re-make it. I said I didn't have time and told them this is the second time this has occurred and I didn't want to pay for it, they ran my card already, and said they would have a manager call. Why couldn't the manager talk to me at the time... Other item I ordered Cheese pizza with mushrooms, well done. See pictures.. half the pizza has mushrooms, not well done, and looks like they probably just threw the mushrooms on top after cooking a regular pizza (not well done). Since I hadn't received a call from a manager I called them, got put on hold, and then hung up after 3 minutes of waiting. No call back. With such good in restaurant food and service, I would not go back for either take out or in house dining because of this. $65 each for a pizza with mushrooms, salad, chicken fingers and half an extra large sub made incorrectly. The food was good but most of all the people were great. This place has a nice clientele who are very friendly. It began raining and we, my son and his family, were able seated on their patio table. There's also a cover over to help keep the rain away but I was getting wet. I opted to go inside they stayed outside. Long story short, I entered soaked and the customers were telling the staff to get me a towel etc. one offered to buy me a drink. I will preface this by saying that we visited on a busy game night. However, none of what I am going to say has to do with capacity or busyness of the restaurant. It was apparent when we arrived that there would be a wait, and that was no issue. We were happy to wait. However, there was no wait system being used at all, and no approximate time that we would be seated. The host asked us at least 6 times over throughout our wait how many people were in our party and if we still wanted to wait. Well yes, but a pager or any indication of how long this would continue is standard restaurant practice and would have been appreciated. Once seated, we were immediately greeted by our server. I asked to see a drink menu or beer list, and she said there was none. She quickly rattled off over 6 beers, none of which I wanted nor could remember. I decided not to get anything since I couldn't look anything over or see any details. The food was subpar at best. The place smelled wonderfully of fries, but the fries themselves were not good at all. They were not salted and dry. The wings were good, however the pricing and quantity on the menu doesn't make any sense. Who serves just 9 wings? It's always 10. Overall the food was overpriced for what it was. I wasn't impressed with the wing sauce variety either. We will continue eating at Lucky Dog from now on. read more

Let's start with the good things: The (bar) food is great. The salad uses actual lettuce and not just iceberg and tastes great. The burger is juicy, massive, and delicious. Now the "not-so-good" things: Service: Cold and not welcoming. Every guest we saw was greeted with "Hi, how many?", yelled from the other side of the room. No "hello", "how are you", etc. A lot of room for improvement. Overpriced for bar food. Burgers start in the $12-14 range with chips. Any fries, etc are extra - on top of the already high price. Burgers taste great but must be loaded with salt. No drink menu available. Overall, price and quality of service are lacking but the food is good. read more

What an absolute disappointment. Our party of seven was told we had a 15-20 minute wait. We patiently waited, being asked three times how many were in our party. We watched several smaller parties be seated. After 25 minutes, the hostess asked us yet again how many people were in our party. We explained we had been waiting 25 minutes already and she said she had no idea. We couldn't be seated as the restaurant had taken a reservation and could no longer accommodate us. (When we called to make a reservation, we were firmly told they did not take reservations.) I asked to speak to a manager, but no manager was on site. I asked to speak to the owner, no owner on site. We ended up leaving and eating elsewhere. I am so glad we did. This establishment did not acknowledge their mistake, blamed us for not pointing out we were waiting and placed blame on the other parties for their dishonesty in skipping ahead of us. It was Monday well after lunch time my wife and I were trying to fine a place to get a beer and a sandwich. Luckily we found Stubby's is open on Mondays. The parking lot was really quite full and we went in to look for a table. There was a nice crowd at the bar and most of the tables were occupied, then Stubby came up to us and directed us to a nice table. Very quick a server by the name of Lauren came with menus and asked if we wanted a beverage I ordered a beer. My wife and I decided to order the large North Side Cheesesteak to share. Lauren offered to serve it in two separate plates, which was a unexpected nicety that does not happen very often in other places. Our welcoming experience so far set the tone of what we could expect for the rest of the meal. Our expiations were exceeded when we received our meal and had a taste of our sandwich! The flavor and plentiful steak was very reminiscent of a old sub shop on West King St. that closed sometime ago. It was a very friendly atmosphere and we chatted with other patrons near us. We will definitely return to sample the rest of the menu and hope to bring a few friends and neighbors. read more

Stopped by for lunch and sat on patio at Oregon Pike location. Server was a bit abrupt and not friendly at all. We were taken aback. This is not the experience or greeting we've come accustomed to here. They were not very busy, at least on the patio. Our order seemed to take forever. When it arrived, the hamburger (supposedly a mushroom swiss) was alone on a plate with no lettuce, no tomato, no pickle, no seasoning, no mayo, no onion... Just bland! .y wife's supposed cheese/hamburger wrap was nothing more than ground beef (no seasonings & bland) and other cold ingredients. I complained & talked to the manager about suggesting servers ask Patons if they want lettuce, tomatoes, condiments, etc. He didn't seem to get it. He kept telling us it was our job to ask. They server obviously didn't know what my wife ordered when she asked her to describe her cheeseburger wrap; she said it was hamburger patties cut and placed with cheese on a wrap. Not so.
