The owner may respond that they did apologize and that they didn't blame me but I have zero reason to lie. The bottom line is that it was NOT that busy and it's shouldn't take that long to cook a pizza and if for some reason it does the customer should be made aware and be apologized to. If I wasn't treated this way and a simple apology was made I would have never left a review.
