They have Insta that I could have tried, but I don't have an Instagram account myself and refuse to get one (because Zuckerberg is a fascist POS). Unfortunately it seems that this business isn't super motivated to get back to me or make money. This felt stressful as the piercing is only 6 weeks old & my body heals very fast. There was no issues getting the new jewelry through, so all was good there. I then wanted to buy a piece of jewelry for my existing belly button piercing. It was very busy in the store so I understand things take time. However, none of the jewelry prices were labeled and the workers didn't know the prices either & had to manually look it up which took more time. So I decided to go with a blue naval ring which looked like the right size. I felt confident buying the jewelry without a piercer checking or switching it in themselves as I have changed the jewelry at home numerous times over the years. The workers were talking about my decision to not get checked out in front of me saying things such as "you can lead a horse to water" etc. This felt very unprofessional as I was 2 feet away from them & they were talking about me but not to me. I didn't want to wait for a piercer since it was so busy in the store. I just wanted to buy a piece of jewelry & it still took about 30 minutes to even do that. I said I was okay with the no return policy & was still talked poorly about in front of my face. My partner heard this as well and knew they were talking about me but I decided to just get my jewelry & get out of there. I'm happy with what I received today but I will not be returning.

Dain and Cassie teamed up to pierce my daughter's ears both at the same time. They were both very patient, professional, and friendly. The private room was helpful in keeping my daughter calm. And even the oddball shop full of jewelry, gemstones, preserved bats & butterflies, and incense was helpful in keeping her distracted while we waited her turn so that she didn't lose her nerve. The piercing went smoothly and as soon as she hopped off the table, my daughter looked in the mirror, gasped, and exclaimed, "I LOVE them! Thank you, thank you thank you!" I will say that it was pricier than expected. For the piercing, jewelry (flat backs that had an upcharge) , and aftercare kit, plus tax, it came out to $176. But you get what you pay for and my daughter and I are both very satisfied with the experience. I never would have taken her to Claire's or a kiosk, and there's a good chance that a tattoo shop would've scared her off. So you can't argue with results!

I got a helix and my cousin did her eyebrow piercing. Amanda, who did our piercings, was extremely kind and knowledgeable.
