Florida Residents Please Read: I could not be more disappointed in the process from Breslow. A few…read moreweeks ago, I asked for a quote on a patio, kitchen, fireplace and pergola. The sales associate (will not mention a name) seemed great. Promised to send along a quote in 48 hours. Made me take pictures of my space, send specs, measure, etc. Two days went by and nothing. Week went by and nothing. Reached out two times. Nothing. Finally, heard from her on text saying that there was a family emergency and that the quote would be there at the end of the day. Three days later nothing. So, I sent one last text saying I would like the quote for a comparison with another company. A quote was sent. Looked like a copy and paste out of google images. The specs were not included, not the right size, and it was supposed to be two quotes with all the items requested. NOTHING. I called to ask why the quote was not correct. She didn't even know who I was and said she didn't get a chance to take the information I sent into account. She also mentioned that Breslow has been trying to get into the market in Florida for a month now. Her manager did call me afterwards and let me know that she dropped the ball. He did apologize and offered "to do whatever he could for me." When I asked him what that meant he said he didn't know and probably just meant starting from the beginning and taking over the account (couldn't do anything else). He confirmed that Breslow has been trying to get into the Florida market for 2 weeks. I have decided I will not be doing business with Breslow. I would certainly warn Florida residents to strongly consider going with someone who has done work in Florida.

I refused to pay them any more then agreed in the contract. They took me to court. I won and did not have to pay them a penny more. And now they sent me and letter asking me to refer them and they will give me $100 gift card. I WOULD NEVER REFER THEM BECAUSE OF THE AGGRAVATION THEY PUT ME THREW. At least my awning works.

He came to my house right away to asess the work we scheduled an appointment and he showed up with his workers and did an excellent job that was last year . and just recently he installed another awning for my lower level deck and changed my fabric on my original awning his guys were very professional and did an excellent job . If I could give negative stars I would, they say the railing were powder coated they were spray…read morepainted, chips in every rail. They miss measured and filled the holes with black tar on gray steps. They dumped I guess the extra black tar in my flower bed and threw leafs over it and that's the front steps, the welding and grinding work is horrible I've seen highschool kids in metal shop do better. And to add insult to injury they completely forgot 1 handrail and says oh I'll take $200 off when they charged $4k for 4 railings so we got 3 outta the 4 and only $200 taken off. Trying to get them to come back took an over month, than they drop paint all over brand new lime stone come to do touch up with paint on a railing that was suppose to be powder coated. They're a scam company they don't honor their work and have no pride behind their work or name. You're better off going to home depot and doing it yourself or getting a pro from Home Depot service center. 40*yrs in business and I hope they don't last another 40 minutes because they're gonna screw other young home owners as well. All the photos are after their 5th visit. The owner doesn't honor his word either he said if there's 1 chip or paint peeling I'll replace the railings and as you can see still chips in the metal, peeling paint EVERYWHERE, paint on brand new limestone, and this plastic tar type of stuff they used to secure the railings because they measured incorrect to line up with the previous railings. Worst company that I've ever dealt with and the hardest owner to get to stop and look at the job his guys butchered up but he came quick for payment. Stay clear away!!!!!!
