The sales associate (will not mention a name) seemed great. Promised to send along a quote in 48 hours. Made me take pictures of my space, send specs, measure, etc. Two days went by and nothing. Week went by and nothing. Reached out two times. Nothing. Finally, heard from her on text saying that there was a family emergency and that the quote would be there at the end of the day. Three days later nothing. So, I sent one last text saying I would like the quote for a comparison with another company. A quote was sent. Looked like a copy and paste out of google images. The specs were not included, not the right size, and it was supposed to be two quotes with all the items requested. NOTHING. I called to ask why the quote was not correct. She didn't even know who I was and said she didn't get a chance to take the information I sent into account. She also mentioned that Breslow has been trying to get into the market in Florida for a month now. Her manager did call me afterwards and let me know that she dropped the ball. He did apologize and offered "to do whatever he could for me." When I asked him what that meant he said he didn't know and probably just meant starting from the beginning and taking over the account (couldn't do anything else). He confirmed that Breslow has been trying to get into the Florida market for 2 weeks. I have decided I will not be doing business with Breslow. I would certainly warn Florida residents to strongly consider going with someone who has done work in Florida.

A local business said they only worked on Hunter Douglas products and might not be able to get the right parts. Then... cue drum roll... Ziegler said they would pick up the broken blind and return it the next day. Turns out, they did even better. Sean came in the specified time window - hallelujah! - after calling to say exactly when he'd arrive - double hallelujah! - and happened to have the right part with him. He had the blind fixed and working within minutes. Pricing was reasonable, and obviously the service couldn't be beat. 1000000% recommended.
