I have used the other company, HD and they are in my opinion a two star company with very poor customer service, there is no comparison to the Shade Store which gets a 5 star plus! They are better than the best! Prices are reasonable for the product they produce, meticulous workmanship and high end for sure.Obviously great quality control, unlike HD. I asked multiple times for a customer service rep to reach out to discuss, and unsurprisingly, I've gotten no response. Go to any other shade/blind outlet. Save a headache.
