And the only reason they are being changed is because one of the tires have a bubble in it. And I'm not one to replace 1 or 2 tires kinda guy. I got to do all 4. They don't have the exact same tires. But they have 4 that's a step up on quietness and comfort. So for a couple extra dollars. It works for me. It's a tire joint so I don't expect super clean sitting area. But the waiting room will do to keep our the cold. I like that they are thorough in the job they do. They back their work and they got very good prices. They sell custom rims alone and sets rims & tires. What is not in stick can be ordered in few days. Definitely I'm keeping this place as my tire shop

I called the shop To report the issue and was told it was sold in as is condition and there was no express or implied guarantee. The tire was very reasonably priced which is why I drove the distance . When I called to inform them the tire had a hole in the side wall I was told to bring it down they would patch it . I was led to believe the tire was in good shape and was checked out before listing online . They accused the shop I took it too to have it installed on damaging it . These individuals treated me like I was diet and made no attempt to correct the issue I do not recommend this place to anyone and advise extreme caution when dealing with them My course now is contacting the attorney generals office and filing a complaint with the consumer affairs division The BBB And writing as many reviews as possible Altogether I invested 6 hours of travel time and was told very simply I am stupid and what I think doesn't matter I have been in buisness for 30plus years and I could never get away with treating my customers like this . Brought it here to get a quote for repair. The guy in the office walked out and spent a while "unbending" it, and brought it back to an almost new condition... all without charging me. He mentioned that the alternative would be to buy and install a new hood, which would cost over a grand so he didnt recommend. That was definitely appreciated. I'm hoping that I don't need to use body shop services in the future, but if I do, I will definitely strongly consider this shop.

Worst experience and customer service ever!…read more I came to GNV to get the tints done on my X5. 5% all around and 55% on the windshield with the more expensive 3M film and a lifetime warranty for as long as i own the vehicle. After installation I followed all of the directions provided by GNV not opening the windows for 2 days. Almost every window had bubbles with and without dirt specs inside of them. I had to come back to try to get this fixed 4 times. 4th time back, the wrong tint was installed on the front driver side window. There are still bubbles all over and I have stains on the front pillars from him spraying the glue. I also have old glue scrapes all over my front vents after GNV had to re-do the windshield tint. After spending countless hours going back and forth to try to get this resolved, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. GNV then lied in a written statement that I was only given a limited time warranty and I was happy with the work (I have all the photos and letters from my credit card company as proof). Merchants like GNV should not be allowed to run a business. I can't be the only customer who've had an awful experience. This makes me think a lot of the positive reviews on here are not real customers or they got a discount for writing a positive review. Do yourself a favor, pay extra and get the job done right by someone who knows what they're doing.
