I called dispatch who sounded annoyed. I also tried flagging down the driver multiple times, what ever he was doing in the cab of the truck was more important than his surroundings. Only relying in the winch cable and not 4 points of contact could result in someone's death if that car were to break free. Don't just rely on the parking brake to keep it in one spot. And also if you're going to tow in Texas y'all might wanna look into the DPS requirements here. What flies in NM doesn't fly here. ​

I originally took my car to another collision center, where it sat for over two months collecting storage fees without the repairs even being started. Frustrated, I called Honest 1 Collision Center. I sent them the estimate, and before my car even arrived, they had already ordered & received the parts and were ready to get to work. Once my car got there, they completed the entire repair in just four days. After waiting over two months at the previous shop, that level of efficiency was incredible. I'm extremely particular about my car because it's custom, and I've done all of the modifications myself. Honest 1 understood that. They kept my car inside the shop, treated it with care, and were professional from start to finish. They even stayed late on the final day to make sure everything was completed so I could pick it up as earlier stated as a possible finish date. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and their customers, but that's exactly what I found at Honest 1 Collision Center. Their workmanship, communication, professionalism, and respect for my vehicle exceeded my expectations. I went straight there, and he put Chris to work on it immediately! I got to sit and watch the whole process, and they even replaced a few electric parts and spared me the expense of buying them! Absolutely unhappy with work and disappointing for being a "quality" body shop. My truck was…read moreapproved for body work and they did order the parts. They had my truck for a week and when told it was ready made arrangements to pick up. When I got to the shop the hood and the steering had not even been aligned yet and they had the ordered parts without receiving a second check from the insurance company. I had to find over $2000 dollars out of my pocket to have it released. All said I did get my truck, with unaligned hood and steering along with scratches from them putting on the grill. After finally being able to wash it the clear coat is bubbling and the total fender is hazy. I now have to come up with addition funds to have the fender repainted, the scratches taking care of and the hood and steering realigned. This "quality" shop will not be doing the work. My advise to you is, if you are going to use this shop you better have enough time to check on them and their work on a daily basis.

Apparently Arnold had to leave town and left his guys to do the work. Instead of removing the fuel door they took it upon themselves to drive my car over there and eyeball a paint color and needless to say it was way off and nowhere near close but they painted the fender anyways along with the fuel door they were supposed to use to match the color. That left me waiting an extra week for the vehicle. I don't mind if there's a screw up but admit to it instead of bold face lying and trying to bullshit your way through it saying they did what they thought was right. I also noticed Arnold doesn't check the work his guys do leaving them with full reign and covers up their flaws with bullshit excuses.
