The shop itself is large and plenty of room for people to move around and be made to feel special all around. I observed other women trying on gowns and we were quick to compliment each other. People really are the best. Women lifting women up. I think you should add some quotes around your store that empower women. Those statements would be positive for our bodies and our minds. Every woman no matter what size or beauty should be empowered. When I returned to pick up my ordered gowns, the store owner, Kaitlin waited on me. She was short of help this day as sometimes happens in shops because things happen. I felt appreciated for my purchase and would definitely shop here again. Overall, a wonderful experience. The services that we had used from Elite: 1) I bought my wedding dress and veil through Elite Bridal and my mom bought her Mother of the Bride's dress- my mom and I had so much fun finding my dress there- they have COUNTLESS options for all budgets and styles! If you book an appointment in advance I know there is the option to have a VIP experience, I decided to save some money and just went with a regular visit in the afternoon, during the week, and still felt like a VIP!! All of the ladies at Elite Bridal were wonderful and very easy to work with! 2) We did limo through Elite Limos and originally booked the Escalade limo, for a decent price. However, the Escalade had an unfortunate incident with a deer the week before our wedding but Kaitlin & Ryan were very kind and offered to upgrade us for free to the Party Bus or Hummer Limo- we chose the party bus and it was fantastic! 3) We chose to have our DJ through Elite Entertainment and Jeff Blankenship wound up being our guy! We received so many compliments all night on how awesome the DJ and music was and how no one had ever seen so many people on the dance floor through the whole night! Everyone is talking about how much fun they had at our wedding and I think Jeff & Elite Entertainment had a lot to do with that!! Thank you!! 4) We also chose to do Chiavari Chairs through Elite Entertainment, and they were beautiful!! I received a lot of compliments on how pretty they were and really added to the ambiance in the room! 5) Stacy from Elite helped us order tuxes through Jim's Formalwear and all of the tuxes looked great on the guys and they said they were very easy to order. Many of them needed to order them from out of state or far away (more than half actually!) and they also said it was a very easy process. My husband actually needed a different size jacket and vest when he received his in the mail and when he called Jim's Formalwear to get the new size it came in the mail very quickly TWICE!! He received it in the mail in plenty of time for us to get married. All in all- we would choose Elite all over again for the quality of service that they provided. Every interaction that I had with them via e-mail, phone, or in person was equally as personable and helpful. I have heard that some people in the area don't go with Elite because it's too "pricey" but I disagree- if you choose them for multiple services then you end up getting discounts galore! We actually saved money by going with them for so many things AND received high quality and trustworthy services! We ended up having severe rain all day during our wedding and some things needed to be moved around last minute- my aunt who was acting as our day- of coordinator on my behalf said that Elite was very easy to work with and that between her, Kaitlin from Elite, and Caitlin from the Regent (our ceremony and reception location) everything was taken care of! I can't thank all of the Elite Entertainment & Bridal employees enough for everything! We had the best day ever and I know that was in huge part to all of you!!

We scheduled a fitting a week in advance, and they were waiting for us when we arrived. They quickly sized me, and then showed me the racks to browse. Traditionally, you can snag about six dresses for a one-hour fitting appointment. It was nice to be able to try that many on. They have cute bridal robes for you to put on while a staff member helps you slip into the gowns and clips them to fit you. I was surprised to find that most of the dresses I tried on fit almost perfectly. There was a fun variety and no one in the shop was super pushy. They truly seemed to enjoy what they do and listened to all of my input. They also have a great veil and beaded ribbon/belt section.

Original: Let me start by saying I have my dress, but this has been the absolute worst part of my wedding planning process. I said yes to my dress here during a trunk show (that I had no idea was occurring). I ordered it in January and was told that, since it was a custom, that it would take 6 months and should arrive in June. June came and went and it was absolutely radio silent. Once it hit the middle of July I began calling once a week to try to get any information. I kept getting told that only the manager had access to shipping and that they would leave my number on her desk so she could contact me- that contact with her never came. I kept calling once a week through to the last week of August when my dress finally arrived. I was so excited and found out I had to make an appointment to come pick up my dress- no try on, no learn how to bustel, or anything. (As a FIRST TIME & NEW bride, I had no idea that bustling was something you learned at seamstresses/alterations). I then got a call a few days later saying that my dress was not up to their quality, that something was wrong, and that they were getting it express remaid and mailed back. I was heartbroken and I had to beg to let them let me see my dress. I had even asked twice over the phone if I could at least try it on since I had NO IDEA what my dress would look like on me. When I went to try it on, the girl tried to tell me that she didn't want me to try it on because it was not up to their standards and I had to keep asking and tell her that I was told over the phone that I could try it on. Against my better judgement, I purchased a veil that day because it fit my dress perfectly and I did not want to fight with trying to find another one. I did not want to give this place any more money. Both the dress and the veil came in October 3rd. As a 'sorry' for the lack of communication, extreme delay in receiving my dress, receiving it in not-perfect condition, and then having to reorder it, they gave me a pair of earrings. I have my wedding jewelry, the sorry was not acceptable and I do not want to represent this business in that way. As a first time bride, I kept asking questions that I thought were pretty typical when ordering a wedding dress for the first time in your life and received answers that were brushed off like common knowledge for everyone. How long do typical bridal alterations take? 'Oh, no more that 2 weeks.' Can I come try it on and can you teach me how to bustel? 'When you go get it altered, they teach you how to do that?' Do you have any idea when my dress could arrive? 'No, only the manager has access to that information.' This wedding studio seems to only be interested in the buy and not interested in making sure they keep customers coming back/spreading positive news about their shop. I tried to keep my mind in the headspace that the timing of the dress getting to me is not their fault, it is totally in the hands of the designer (Colby John Bridal, by the way), but the way this shop went around their lack of/miscommunications was horrendous. I'm so glad to have my dress and put this mess behind me.

Between the large private rooms, to the free bubbly, to the friendly staff, I don't think you could find a better experience. The bride I went with to this appointment couldn't not say enough good things about her dress consultant, and the owner herself actually pulled the dress the bride ended up buying. You can tell the owner is very passionate about her business. They do have another shop in Carmel for anyone on that side of town. I highly recommend brides stopping in to the store. Before making an appointment, I called to confirm they had dresses to try on in my size (normal 18/bridal 20ish), and she said yes of course and that sizing inclusivity is important to them. Green flag. She texted me the day before my appointment to get a clearer picture of what I wanted and my overall vision for the day. I sent her pictures of dresses I liked, my venue, and Pinterest board. When I got to the shop, she had already bookmarked some dresses to show me that were exactly what I was looking for. She also encouraged me to try on a few different styles I never would've picked for myself that ended up being drop dead gorgeous. Seriously, Anna is so incredible at her job! She was great at picking up on the vibes between myself and my family, too. When my mom started making comments about my waist that made me feel bad, Anna was phenomenal at reading the room. She was so supportive and complimentary towards me, but not in an insincere way. A girl's girl through and through. I was really set on A line, which she provided amazing options for, but also was kindly insistent that I try more fitted options, too. And boy was she right, my favorite option was fitted! Again, I never would've picked this myself! As an ADHD girlie with a LOT of anxiety, there were many wonderful things about the shop itself. Firstly, it is immaculate. The dresses are displayed beautifully, the dressing room feels so luxe, and even the floors were super clean. The fitting rooms are very private, truly feels like a VIP experience. There's also light switch in the room you can adjust. Waters were provided and a single stall bathroom is in the shop. I also explained that the dress material was important to me, too. I didn't want anything too too tight or coarse. Anna, immediately understood without me having to hammer it home. If you're worried about being overwhelmed, this is the place to go. I was able to really take my time, and I didn't feel rushed or pressure to buy. Also the options of dresses were really diverse. But they were all super pretty, even ones I didn't personally like were objectively beautiful. At the end of the appointment, she took my measurements and kindly asked me if I wanted to be informed of the measurements which I declined. No judgement, just getting the job done! The owner Nicole was there and was also super nice. She chit chatted with my family while I selected the dresses with Anna, was there to help but also gave us our space! I'm pretty sure I found THE dress but I wanted to think about it before making my final choice. Such a great experience. Visited on a Friday afternoon in March.
