Suzy, the owner of the store, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate and you can sense that the moment you speak to her. Without giving too much away on the specific personalized touches Adrienne and her team gave my sister, my sis had the most amazing experience here and as part of her bridal team, I was wowed myself! The dresses are gorgeous, diverse, and reasonably priced. The exterior AND interior of the studio was decorated perfectly, with flowers everywhere. And the VIP experience is 10000% worth the price!! My sister and the whole Bridal crew were crying happy tears by the end. Adrienne really made us all feel like a part of her family. When looking for my own dress this year, I knew I wanted to get an appointment here. We requested Anna as well, but she had moved to a manager role. Alyce was my stylist and a fellow bride herself and we bonded over wedding planning things. Anna made sure to stop in and say hello as well since she wasn't my stylist that day which was so kind! I was able to find my whole bridal look here while staying under budget!

Not to mention the horrible bait and switch tactics used. They advertise dresses that are $500.00 and less. When you go to the shop, there are very few dresses in that price range, and those are stuffed in a back room and look terrible. If you have to drive any distance to go to this shop, I recommend you save yourself the time and gas and shop somewhere else. You will not walk out with a $500.00 dress, they will coax you in to a $1500.00+ dress.

We scheduled a fitting a week in advance, and they were waiting for us when we arrived. They quickly sized me, and then showed me the racks to browse. Traditionally, you can snag about six dresses for a one-hour fitting appointment. It was nice to be able to try that many on. They have cute bridal robes for you to put on while a staff member helps you slip into the gowns and clips them to fit you. I was surprised to find that most of the dresses I tried on fit almost perfectly. There was a fun variety and no one in the shop was super pushy. They truly seemed to enjoy what they do and listened to all of my input. They also have a great veil and beaded ribbon/belt section.
