I received an email asking if they could come out on a specific day and I said yes but I guess I didn't respond that same day and that was a problem. The next email I got was a response with the another date almost two weeks later. I asked what happend to the earlier date and I was told the sales rep books up fast and they got booked and then the asked me if I wanted another sales rep and I said yes and asked what time could they make it. The final email the sent me said after checking they don't service my area. Like really?! I already gave them my address the first time we talked, and now y'all don't service my area? Which is the Philadelphia area. That's real strange to me and still confused by their actions and responses. I wasn't rude or anything. Maybe someone will have better luck with this company but I couldn't be okay without sharing this with whoever decides to contact this company and maybe they will see this and not do this to the next potential customer.

Only later did I learn that his creativity was mainly in finding excuses for poor workmanship, collecting deposits as early as possible, and structuring the job so his mistakes became visible only after he had been paid most of the money. Sammy also took money for materials but never submitted a single receipt, and it was obvious he spent nowhere near the amount we gave him. On top of that, I ended up having to pay extra to someone he sent to "finish" the job because he rushed off to another project. I'm writing this review so others can avoid the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money I experienced. There are photos showing the work he is so proud of, and the issues are significant: Tile & Trim Problems * The metal edging is uneven, sticking out * The shower curb is uneven. * The gaps between the shower floor and the walls are to large. * A hole was left at the bottom corner, revealed structural damage to the drywall next to the shower. Improper Finishing * Mortar, grout, and caulk work was messy throughout. Shower Floor & Drain Defects * The shower floor was not pitched correctly toward the drain, causing water to sit and pool. * Tiles around the drain were cut unevenly, chipped, and poorly aligned. * Grout lines of shower floor are irregular and sloppy. * The grout on the shower has a little holes. This level of work reflects rushed, unskilled installation, not professional craftsmanship.

Unfortunately, a year later and he still made excuses for not installing my bathroom countertop. In the meantime In the meantime, the countertop in my kitchen is beginning to get holes in it. He had guaranteed the strength and temperature limits on the countertop and I have not gotten anywhere near the maximum temperature or weight. My kitchen is still unfinished. Brandon got paid all of his money but I only have partial work done. After discovering a box of broken tiles, instead of him taking them back to the store and getting a new box, he took pieces of the broken tiles and used them instead. I still don't have a baseboard in my kitchen. I still don't have trim around the tile in my kitchen. I still do not have silicone weather stripping down the crease of my countertop where it meets the wall, and the bathroom was never done. He had lots of excuses such as getting hurt snowboarding, cutting his hand, illness in the family, and much more. While he was going to give me a break on the price for the bathroom countertop, after a year, I did not want to wait any longer. One excuse after another went on for a year. I would not use this contractor for anything in the world. And now the one countertop I did get is beginning to deteriorate. Epoxy should last a lot longer than 1 year.
