First of this place is now called contour palace. I got a groupon for 4 lypo lite sessions for under chin. Came in and was greeted by two technicians who right there tried to sell me their September special telling me the service I am getting alone is not enough for maximum results. Understandable! The groupon was very cheap so as a marketing tool they would use it to sell more products. I said I will think about it and purchase next time. Next time comes and another technician is in charge, obviously with no knowledge, she placed the device on my cheek! When I asked her what are you doing she said u r getting lypo on ur cheeks no? I said nope chin. Then she moved it. Zero hospitality manners or etiquette! You would think when u go to a beauty place you would feel pampered, instead! Nope! Rudeness galore! Came back from my last session where the first thing she said was u r late and m cutting from ur time. I told her I called and was told there is 15 mins Grace period she said no. She set me up supposedly for 10 mins. Where 5 mins into it she came in and said u have 3 mins left! Whatever at this point I wanted to talk to the original person who did my consultation and took my pics so we can discuss before and after and if I am purchasing anything else. The lady came in rushed me out and said she has no time! I asked isn't it customary that you take after pictures given this is the last session ? She answered yes but she has no time today! Bottom line I wouldn't recommend at all. Aside from me not seeing results (but I still knew some treatments take time to show results) their rudeness and poor appearance of the place doesn't justify anything. Cheap groupon for sure! Rancho Cucamonga location: 1) I did not think that it had a good "spa" feel if that is what your are interested in. 2) BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of any contract you sign with them. I had unforeseen circumstances that made me need to "break" my $3600 Total Body Treatment, I was only able to collect on 6 of my 44 treatments of the contract (they threw in my Groupon deal into it). If you break the contract it's 250$ per treatment, I felt like it was unfair and rotten that they were not empathetic with the cancelation ESPECIALLY since I hardly touched my treatments and it was for an unforeseen reason for me to need to break it. They ended up charging me $1200, for 6 treatments :( NOT WORTH IT!! And I will NEVER give them my business because they are very unsympathetic and harsh, seems very greedy. I do not want to support a greedy business. That's a lot of money for me, especially right now with planning a wedding and life in general. I will also tell my friends and everyone NOT to go to contour palace because of what I believe as very unfair treatment even though I signed the contract (I really wish I would have never signed!!) ITS A SCAM!!!! 3) I found out later that anyone can buy their own laser and cavitation machine with great reviews online 650-1300 dollars based off your needs!! I purchased a large package with this company and paid up front. I used less than half of my treatments before having a medical condition that prevented me from continuing my treatment plan. I reached out to regretfully tell the office that I would not be able to finish and the ladies reassured me that the supervisor would contact me as soon as possible to discuss my account. I called back 1 week later after hearing nothing back from the company. I have called back over 10 times now and 3 months later have yet to receive any call backs of any sort giving me any information on my account. Even if I cannot get a refund maybe they could have discussed other treatments I could have used instead but no they just continue to neglect me and ignore my calls. And every single phone call they claim I will receive a call back urgently. This is the most unprofessional treatment I have ever received at an establishment. There is no concern for clients after they take your money. They have zero empathy and are here to steal your money whether the treatment is beneficial for you or not, if you credit card clears they want nothing more to do with you. Horrible customer service would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! I see they are licensed with the Osteopathic Medical Board of California so I am confident the California Departement of Consumer Affairs will return my calls at least and give me some clarity on this conflict.
