If I could give a 0 I would. Food is disgusting, service is crap. Couldn't even understand the workers. Asked for a receipt because they were speaking a different language when he was ringing me up. He said sorry no receipt?? Wtf is that bull crap. This mall sucks and the food here does too. Don't waste your time and money! $15.00 for this dog food!

DJ's Chinese Cuisine - Like DJs, but they really need to work on the fried rice which is not too good. Basically, white rice with a little added to it.

I was complaining to a friend ; who recommended that I try DJ's! I did that tonight - DJ's is a hidden gem. The staff were very friendly, and welcomed me with a cup of tea while I waited for my take out order. I didn't have to wait very long. I have just had a wonderful meal and enjoyed every mouthful. I will be definitely be returning to DJ's regularly to enjoy my favorite meal. There is also a very nice back patio where I enjoyed the tea. Well done DJ's !!! Sincerely, Robin Olive

The war won ton was just the won tons with no fillings and the broth was good, but it was not what we expected. The seafood soup was mostly broth with a little bit of fresh mushrooms and French cut green beans and finely we found a couple shrimp and a few bits of calamari. The sweet and sour pork was mushy and didn't have much flavor. The kung pao shrimp was mostly onions! The next ingredient was green peppers and garlic. There were peanuts and still more onions. We are not fans of onions, so this was not a good surprise. The rice was fine but not special. We also ordered plain steamed vegetables and shrimp, which we will try tomorrow night if we are willing to eat this again. Service 5/5 Food 2.5/5 Ambiance 4/5 lovely patio in back of the building and nice linen table clothes. Good window seating. Value/price 3/5 expensive for the quality of the food (canned, frozen veggies etc) The food brings down the experience and we won't go back.

The restaurant looks like a small house tucked away on a quiet street near the freeway; it felt almost abandoned, though I suspect I just missed the usual rush-hour traffic. I walked in thinking, "Interesting," and here is why: in my experience, the best Chinese food usually comes from "hole-in-the-wall" spots, and this place definitely fit the bill. My gut feeling was spot on. One bite of that salt and pepper fish and I knew it was legit. It honestly rivals some of the best spots in San Francisco and the East Bay. This is officially my new go-to in the area. I didn't get any photos this time, but I'll be sure to add some after my next visit! The cashier was friendly enough, but I probably wouldn't dine in as it is not my usual scene.

I especially liked the Mongolian beef--it had plenty of tender beef and wasn't overloaded with onions like it is at many other places. The restaurant is on the smaller side, but it was quiet and comfortable during our visit. I imagine it can get a bit lively when it's busy, but overall it was an enjoyable lunch spot.

We ordered the Pun Khao Poon platter (lettuce wraps) with pork springrolls, pad thai with chicken, and the mango salad. The portions were very generous. The mango salad was the highlight of the meal, followed by the lettuce wraps. The dressing in the mango salad had just the right combination of sweet and tangy. We loved the addition of mint for the wraps, but I personally don't care for perilla leaves. The fish sauce accompanying the wraps was delicious and was also great over the pad thai, which was a bit on the bland side without it. Service was a bit less than perfect. When one diner asked for water, only her glass was refilled when another glass was obviously in need also; minor overlook, though. The one thing that was a bit disturbing was the noise level. It was extremely loud, so it was really difficult to hear each other talk. It didn't help that the party at the next table had a woman who cackled loudly when she laughed. It was a relief to step outside after we ate. Not sure what can be done to help with this, but it did make dining there not as pleasant as it could be. Even with this, I'd definitely return if I was in the area.

It probably would of been better if it wasn't near 90*F outside. It didn't appear like they have AC, since all the doors were open. This restaurant looks new on the outside, but looks "old-school" on the inside. The only thing missing was.....chopsticks on the table. I ordered: -Tomato Beef Chow Mein, $15.95, serves two. Very good Tomato Beef Chow Mein. Every piece of beef was tender and easy to eat. The chunks of tomato, bell pepper and onion were in small bite sized pieces. Perfect for eating with chopsticks. The sauce was tangy and lightly sweet. What was missing was the "Wok Hei." Aka...."the breath of the Wok," it's the unique smoky aroma that adds a special flavor to stir fry food. - Salt & Pepper Fried Chicken Wings, $17.95, 9 wings. To be clear, these are "flats." Fresh, juicy, and fried crispy good. Seasoned in coarse salt, chili pepper and onion. My waiter/server gave me a small dish of chili oil to enhance the heat level. Overall, a nice first time experience.....4-stars. I would like to return and try their Wor Won Ton Soup. ------------------------------------------- Notes: Some of the menu photos don't match the dish.
