3 days after getting a full set my nails started popping off like press on nails waste of money​

Don't go for any waxing unless you want to be burnt. She does do great shaping but that's it. I told her the first wax strip that it was hot. Didn't care. I sucked it up during the rest because of time and needed to be places. I was in tears leaving because of how hot the wax was. Called and complained when I got home and saw what I looked like. She didn't care and said "that's why I put cream on them". That's not an excuse, I should not be burned from a waxing. read more

they charge $35 just for a polish change and the pedicure they do not know what they're doing and I called to make an appointment with the owner at 10 AM and they said they booked me in with her. I came the next day and she wasn't there yetand it was 1130 and the guy said he'd have to do my nails and I was not happy with them read more

Went for the first time Friday got a Gel manicure on real nails and regular pedicure. I have no complaints. I made an appointment ahead of time they were very busy and I didn't wait more than 5 minutes. I took my friend with me and she had a different experience the nail teach didn't listen to her and gave her a regular manicure when she asked for gel, but they did apologize and give her a discount. read more

I thought I was treating my girlfriend to some nice nails for her Disney trip, but all she got was a 50 dollar glorified children's paint spill on her nails. Whoever did her nails did the wrong color, messed up the skin on her fingers, painted unevenly, and to top it off, couldn't even get a simple Mickey Mouse design. I could've done a better job myself. They have terrible service... nail tech left while I was sitting in the chair........ none of them speak English to understand what you are asking them...... the nail tech had to be told multiple times that the nails were crooked and that they were putting the acrylic on my skin....... Over all just terrible and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone read more

The owners/staff are extraordinary. Great service. Kindness always!! Whether scheduled or walk in they welcome you with a smile. A family run business. I appreciate their skill.
