Definitely recommend this place. Called day of and was able to get an appointment which was great! Good polish selection and nice people.

I chose the upgraded "Spa" Pedicure with the expectation of a little bit more massage treatment with the hot stones. Not only did I NOT get the basic leg/feet massage, but LAN basically touched and glided the (not very) hot stones to my skin. She lathered on the lotion before that, also without any kind of pressure or "massage". I had to interrupt her and question if there was supposed to be some massage involved as (I double-checked the menu) and it read Hot Stone & foot & leg massage. Lan said "after", I would get the massage. She finished with the stones and pretty much started to prep my toenails for painting?!! Meanwhile the lady with the $27 classic pedicure to my left had been getting a leg massage the ENTIRE time I was getting my "extra" treatment/massage. My daughter to my right with the $27 classic pedicure also got a very enjoyable leg & foot massage. I feel my $40 VOESH spa pedicure was a complete rip off. I'm not sure I would come back or recommend this nail spa. If I did, it's only because of the reviews with certain ladies. We were booked for pedicures with Teresa and Jeanny but ended up with Lan and Tia. My daughter added on a manicure with Jeanny. To be fair, they were friendly and I got a glass of wine with my treatment, but honestly, I can put lotion on my own legs for free! But even a (1/3 of an 8oz plastic cup) of white wine doesn't justify paying the extra $13 and getting denied a basic leg/foot massage that's standard with most pedicures. Update: I just reread the review from Alexcia K. getting a 30 minute leg/foot massage --it was posted 5 yrs ago!!! DAMMIT! My oversight/mistake... ugh! I've been trying to find a new place as my old place has been disappointing. I did not find it here. They nickel and dime you for everything (I.e 5$ to take of shellac), the paint job on both my nails and toes leave a lot to be desired; and that was AFTER I walked her through covering my whole nail with polish, leaving no pointy spots, etc. Even so, 58$ later, I walked away with a bumpy, uneven gel job, polish on my skin on multiple fingers, and attitude for asking to fix these basic things. If you ever want to go get your nails done with a heaping side of racism, this is the place for you! A friend of mine and myself (we're gorgeously melinated) went to get our nails done and we we're pretty excited to get a full set. We entered the building and immediately upon stepping foot we hear a frantic "we're closed!" coming from a frail woman who was flapping her arms oddly. I said "But your sign say's you close at 6 and it's barely 5:20." We could see the frantic false excuses forming behind her eyes and she stuttered through all her lies. "Uh uh uh... um.. I I I have to clean up and I have to finish this girl's manicure. Sweeping uh.. yeah." (oddly flaps arms again) My friend and I looked in the direction of the girl she was referring to and she was already getting her nails done by another nail tech. When that was pointed out she just kept repeating "We're closed. We're closed." Mind you, we never even got to say what service we wanted. We could have been asking for a basic polish, a brow wax, or directions to a non-racist establishment, but I digress. Then we turned around and left. Came into this "place" at 630, grant it, understand it closes at 7. All my mother asked for was a polish change. There was ONE customer in there with 2 people working on her. The lady looked at us (mind you no one in the salon), and said they were booked up. I looked and said, there's no one here. She turned (with an attitude) told me "what you want me to do you see I'm working on her and we close in 30 minutes". I confronted her about her attitude, which was definitely unnecessary and unprofessional when we were trying to give you money. If you want business, which it seems you need since your salon looked raggedy and a ghost town I suggest your workers adjust how they talk to customers. :) read more

Be very careful. One time, you get someone who is SLOW, but thorough and does a good job. The next time, you get a girl who speaks NO English and you end up with a service you did NOT want. EEK. I didn't go there for nails, but waxing. So without going into unnecessary detail, we will just say they comped my service. They were very apologetic, but I would never risk that again. I will say they remembered me from the one time I visited before and the older lady who appears to run the place was very sweet, inexperienced people with a significant language barrier is enough for me to find a new shop. The waxing area is just a curtained off area in the main nail salon. It is not visible to anyone else, but the older lady kept popping in to see if everything was ok and everyone in the salon can hear what's going on. Not my cup of tea. read more

If you check my track record, I rarely give negative reviews. I work in the beauty profession as a makeup artist and have high expectations when it comes to beauty services as I provide them myself. I went here after not being able to have a pedicure for almost a year, due to the loss of my big toe nail (deck cleaning accident). I called prior to see what the prices were and to make sure they offered the services I wanted. I spoke with Tony Lee when I called. I specifically asked how much a shellac manicure (on natural nails) and pedicure would be. I was told that they were the same price as the regular manicure and pedicure at $22 & $25. When I got there, I was greeted by Tony Lee, he asked if I was the person who called. He remembered me, which was nice (it was also dead, with no customers in there). They asked me to pick my color out of an unorganized mess of bottles, which was incredibly difficult to see the colors of the paint through. I finally picked a color, although they did not have an option for a light baby pink, kind of weird. Tony Lee and May Lee starting simultaneously working on me giving me a manicure and pedicure. This was not really comfortable. I was not able to really relax as I was being tugged on from two different directions. Tony's conversation left much to be desired. He talked about alcohol and asked me if I would like some several times. I told him I didn't drink. He kept asking (because of the holidays) and I said "I'm still nursing my baby, I don't drink alcohol", it took the woman May Lee to explain. I have strong feelings against excessive drinking, I would have preferred no conversation over this one. I had to explain what a squoval (squared off oval) is. I'm sorry but, that's been popular since the 90's, I have never been into a nail salon where they didn't know what that was. I didn't get what I asked for, even on numerous times trying to explain, it was lost in translation. In fact my nails were rounded and uneven in multiple spots. I literally inspected each finger and made him re-file. I hate to be so picky, but I'm paying for it and I can give myself a better manicure than that. The massages were lame, and they were done at the same time. I felt like I was being jerked around in the chair. I got waxing done on my brows, which are barely there (my hair doesn't grow) in one sweep he should have cleaned up any stragglers but when I went home I could not tell what he waxed. Also, the wax was brought to me as I was sitting in the massage chair. It was not in a waxing area. I'll have to check my state regulations again, but I'm pretty sure he didn't follow protocol. One more thing, my nail kit that they made me purchase was dirty, WTF! I know that's a state board violation... The shellac experience, hmm, well this was a pain in the ass. They had me in the massage chair the whole time. Shellac has to be set by UV lights, so they had me prop a pillow up with the light machine and hold my hands in it (mind you trying not to bump my wet nails) and make sure it didn't fall into the water and electrocute us. I mean really? There has to be a better way. So here's really they really earned the 1 star; Shellac is boosted to last 3 weeks. Not one day after I left the salon my nails started peeling and chipping. I would have gone back and demanded a refund but of course this was literally Christmas and I was 2 hours away in a different city. After 7 days my nails looked like total trash, and Shellac does not come off without harming your nails unless you remove it properly. I wanted to see what my nails would look like after 3 weeks, I'll post a pic, you be the judge. The other thing that happened, upon paying, my price suddenly increased. How nice, now a bait and switch. I paid their inflated price and skipped the tip. This was not relaxing, and by the time my awkward experience was over I couldn't wait to get out of there. It's a shame that I will NEVER go back here as I now live right around the corner. There are, however plenty of better places that will treat you right. If you don't care about quality or relaxation, this is the place to be! read more

The nail techs were very nice, down to earth personality. They all are very thoughtful and has strong work ethics. The employees were very honest in their services. My favorite part is that the salon is clean! The nail techs were very strict about sanitation, before and after my services, they would clean and sanitized their tools. I sat next to a client that has nail fungus, one of the nail tech would deep clean the pedicure chairs in front of me. I'm very impressed because they made me feel that very comfortable and cared for. I truly appreciates their work. I love the nail art! I don't want to tell anyone about this place because it's my little gem but after reading the negative reviews I have to. I only get my nails done here, the girls, price, service and results keep me coming back. I go on weekdays and always call ahead to make an appointment. They get me in that day. If you want a weekend appointment call at least 2 days in advance. It's a small place with only 3 technicians so it hard to get a walk in when they are booked. They take their time because they do quality work. It's not fair to the customers with appointments to keep them waiting because someone wants a pedi and wants it NOW. I have recently read a couple of other negative reviews and I cannot get over how people expect service industry people to do things for free or stay late to suit their schedule. I have been a customer here for a couple of years now and have felt like they are very upfront and reasonable with there prices for services. I don't understand why anyone would expect that they would remove shellac polish (15-30 minutes of work) for free. It is posted clearly for a measly $5 on their price list up front. After having several plans fall through trying to make my boyfriend's birthday special I stumbled upon this place. Absolutely amazing! Tia and Theresa were incredibly friendly, thorough and the overall environment was very relaxing and there was little noise. We both selected the aromatherapy pedicure and it was fantastic! They mix the herbs and oils right there when you select it and there are several different options--I got lavender and my boyfriend got eucalyptus and peppermint I think. I was absolutely over the moon with the polish selection and they had different flakes options which my previous place didn't have as an option! My friend and I went here to get our nails done (we're both black women). There was a little over 40 minutes before closing when we walked in and we didn't get to say anything before a woman came up saying "we're closed" repeatedly. We told her the sign on your door says you close at 6 though and she made excuses that she needed to finish a girl's manicure, but she was already being serviced by a nail tech. When we pointed that out she said she needed to take the rest of her open shop time to clean up the whole shop. Just lame excuse after lame excuse. We turned around and left. When I got back to my car my fiancee (who is white) wanted to know what was wrong and went in to talk to them and he recorded the conversation. Upon him entering he was greeted with a nice "Hello. May I help you?" and no crazed 'we're closed.' Their demeanor changed when he asked them about not servicing us and told them their actions were disgustingly racist. She added a few more creative excuses. Then he turned around and left. They then locked their doors 30 minutes before closing time. I saw the owner's lying post underneath my friend's review about him. He never got near them and he wasn't aggressive. We never even got to say what service we wanted either. All we got was a repeated "we're closed." Followed by excuses so I don't know why the owner is trying to lie under the reviews and say she told us 90 minutes. She must be hallucinating because that never came out of her mouth The next day we went to my friend's usual nail tech and told him about what happened and he was not surprised when we told him the name of the shop. Definitely never going here again and I've told all my friends and co-workers. Since I have a very large following on my facebook & instagram I will spread the word there as well. I'm actually glad I didn't get my nails done here because I went here to write a review and can clearly see shoddy nail tech work from the pics posted. Yikes! read more

Tony Lee was the best i loved his company and talking to him (even though there was a strong language barrier) I sent one of my co workers there and she told me she had a horrible experience and i felt liable. My intention is not to reccomend poor service. Well i called ahead of time and they know me by name (ive spent probably thousands of dollars there in service and in tips.) i set up an appointment and asked for Tony specifically because i wanted my nails done a certain way. I was in a rush because i was going to seattle well i waited all day for an appointment then i get there and wait thinking Tony was late after sitting i was told some chick can help me who i had before and severly jacked up my nails and i said no i made an appointment with Tony. They start speaking viatmenese to each other to come to the conclusion that Tony was out of town for a couple months. I was pissed cause i could have been going somewhere else to get my nails done. So i waited a couple months called and asked for Tony, just to be told he was no longer with the company!! WTF he was the best one there!! Thats a huge mistake so i took my business elsewhere and havent found anyone better than Tony!! read more

I am usually pretty picky about nail salons, but I was in a pinch and just across the street from this one. Very cheap, semi clean. Staff is nice enough, but I'd prefer a cleaner place. Manicure is $13, pedicure is $22. You get what you pay for. My nails weren't completely covered with polish, which stinks because I get my nails done to have a more professional look. Massage wasn't good, but that's not what I'm here for so it was fine by me. Wouldn't come back, but it's certainly not the worst place I've been to. read more

I had been here a couple times before and they had done an ok job. This time I was not happy. The technician was really rough and filed the skin off near my cuticles. Almost all of my nails were filed crooked and are square on one side and round on the other. And the polish is thin and didn't fully cover in some places. There are spots that she missed with the top coat. And my thumbs are both a bit lumpy. I'm pretty disappointed. And very unhappy about my scraped up fingers. read more
