And space there is, this place is huge, with lots of pedicure and nail stations and they even have a large fish tank. There was upbeat music playing but the vibe was still peaceful and relaxing. This might be the largest nail salon I've ever been to. Oh and they have HUGE tv screens! I've never been to a nail salon that has TVs! Is it necessary, no, but then again maybe it is necessary?! I made a same day appointment for the afternoon. I arrived early and was assisted right away. Because it was my first time I didn't know how to check in using the self-service kiosk, but a staff member promptly greeted me and helped me out. I'm a simple pedicure girlie so I just wanted basic white polish and I chose the classic pedicure service which includes a sugar scrub and hot paraffin wax. Overall I had a very good experience and was in/out in about 40 minutes.

I came in within a minute of the appointment time and still had to sit and wait for about ten minutes before they had me seated and still hadn't had anyone start working on my nails. Eventually they did, but they kept switching who was working on me, repeat steps, and leaving me to go work on walk ins who they took although they seemed understaffed. I had acrylics removed and a solid color (shellac) applied and I was there for about an hour and 45. It was frustrating that it wasn't one consistent person or consistent attention to be started and finished in one go. The polish was applied well and hasn't chipped. So again, application and attitude are wonderful. But knowing their limits, time management and the wait time are not worth it in my opinion

I have been hesitant…read moreto go to do my nails, especially a pedicure because a couple of years back I went to a salon, and I contracted a fungus and it was just terrible, but I really wanted to get my nails done and decided to go here. I met with both ladies, explained my situation about my ugly big toe, and they were so understanding about it. They recommended putting a tip on my big toe, and encouraged me to do a gel nail on both hands and feet because it would last longer. I said ok sounds good. Spent $80.00 plus tip. Well, 6 days later, I took my sock of and the toe with the tip and powder lifted right off and I had to have urgent care take the it off. It pulled back all the way to the bottom and hurt so bad. Then, less then 2 weeks the polish on my finger nails started lifting and came off. I left a message at about 9 days, no response. So I called and spoke to one of the Anna's. That's where everything took a turn for the worse. I explained what happened and that I wanted a refund. In reality I would have just appreciated an apologize and 1/2 my money back. I was upset because they were blaming me for my situation. Telling me that I was the one that asked for the tip on my toenail. I requested it and so nothing they can do about that. I said no, that is not true, but she was talking so loud above me so she would not listen to me. She told me to come in and they would do it for free. I explained that I don't want them to do it again as I have no toenail on my big toe, and the job they did on my fingernails came off before 2 weeks. Gel nails in the past lasted at least a month, I explained that, but she yelled at me and told me that gel does not last long and that I can come in and she will redo. The way she was talking to me made me feel even more uncomfortable since there was no accountability and only blame. It made me sad and upset and not want to go to a nail shop again. I'm so bummed. They were so nice to me. I understand that it was 2 weeks that I finally called, but I did call prior and gave them time to call me back. They never did. So, as of 2 weeks and 4 days, there is no gel on my fingernails, and half is gone on my toes as well. And no toenail on my big toe. So, that is what happened. At the end of the day I don't think they cared. I won't go back. I won't recommend anyone there either.

Jenny has a lovely positive presence and has created a very relaxing boutique setting in her studio, including a comfortable massage chair. She was very conscientious, asking thoughtful questions and taking her time. She had a very gentle and healing touch, and I found the foot/leg massage to be exactly what I needed today. I typically go for a regular gel manicure but I wanted to change things up and do something more special for myself. I saw a reference photo of nails that I loved on their website (s/o to whoever does media / website content) and showed it to the staff (while having no idea what style of manicure it was). Henry did 10/10 recreating the photo while also adjusting to my particular style/wants. (See reference photo vs my photo attached). I had the dip with extension service and since I had flower art I also needed acrylic coating on those particular nails to help keep the flowers down and secure. Henry was very knowledgeable and helped explain the differences of dip vs acrylic. He was very nice to chat to and it was evident he has a lot of nail experience. My nail art seemed complicated to me to do (as I typically go for a simple gel manicure) but Henry took it on like no problem and made it look effortless. He made my nail experience 10x better and I wanted to take a moment to recognize his efforts and beautiful work! See attached photos.
