It's unfortunate that Yelp only allows me to give five stars because honestly this place deserves 10 stars. The owner and operator, Csaba Kiss, is a wonderful human being and an amazing entrepreneur. He clearly loves what he does and it shows in his work. His gelato is bar-none the best I've found in the US. The coffee is delicious, dark and intense. He uses Illy coffee beans which is a personal fave of mine. He also makes a delicious Hungarian dessert that he calls chimney cakes. I apologize that I do not recall the traditional name from Hungary, however this treat is delightful no matter what you call it - I absolutely recommend trying it (but gelato first, Csaba says)! According to Csaba, his selection of gelatos changes daily as he prepares a variety of flavors (I believe up to 75 different types on a rotating basis). My biggest regret is that I am not spending more time in Temecula that I might stay and try some of the different ones. This place is a must-try, and if you are within any reasonable driving distance be it from San Diego or Los Angeles, you must make the trip to Temecula and try out this establishment. read more

Wow......just wow! This Gelato is so incredibly out of this world awesome! To make matters even tastier he put it in this sweet bread cone called a "Chimney Cake" or in Hungarian, "Kürtőskalács." Probably the best Gelato I have ever had. I also got the Hungarian Sausage sandwich, which was also amazing. Me and my GF talked to the owner for a lil bit and he makes everything from scratch with the help of his wife. When ever I visit San Diego, I definitely have to come back. Unique is an understatement! Upon arrival to this amazing establishment we were met with such kindness from the owner that it was almost overwhelming. His genuine love for his culture, his food and his gelato is unmatched. He took his time not rushing the tasting process with each sample he gave he watched you in amazement as you enjoyed the delicate flavors of the rich, creamy awe inspiring gelato. This place is awesome, had amazing flavors of gelato! I didn't get to taste all of the flavors but all of the ones I did try were awesome. I ended up going with the whiskey cream and the cinnamon flavors. I will definitely be going back! This cozy pastry factory does not disappoint, while I stopped for a pastry type goodie, I couldn't help noticing all the gelato flavors in the glass case. while I wasn't too interested in ice cream,...(Gelato) the owner, Csaba offered me a sample, (basil-orange) and another and another, 4 in all. VERY Nice man, and I would come back just for his customer service, It is obvious he loves what hes doing. But while I didn't THINK I wanted any gelato.
