We experienced repeated missed start dates and constant pushbacks with no clear communication or planning. When I asked for specific design details the responses were sharp and unprofessional. During installation the crew frequently did not follow the pattern -- we had to intervene and have sections pulled up and reinstalled to get the correct layout. We signed a contract in November 2021 to have a small paver stone wall built and paid the deposit and more for delivery of stone. In Oct of 2022 the wrong stone was delivered . They ordered the wrong stone, so had to reorder. Got it in Feb of 2023 and then they never showed up to install the wall Over the next 15 months the wall was never started. Lots of excuses two more dates in Feb of 2023 and still no show. So fired them And hired another and the wall was done in one week. I would give them minus stars if I could. Oh and still owe us our Money back and won't return the amount over the cost of stone and delivery. Also wanted us to sign away our right to do reviews as an amendment to our contract. read more

Do NOT do business with this company. Do NOT allow their product to be installed at your property. Having owned my own business for 44 years, I know the importance of good customer service and this company's lack of customer services is absolutely appalling. We ordered coconut pavers and coping and our problem was that the pool coping and the pool pavers are totally different colors. The coping has a cream base (it's called coconut in their brochure) but the pavers we received have a gold base (called pecan in their brochure). Unfortunately we were out of town when everything was installed, or we would have put a stop to the installation. After waiting 7 weeks for someone from TriCircle to come out to look at the problem, they claimed that out';s the same color. Yes, I realize that this is a natural material and there will be slight variations to the color , but this is not even close. After speaking with the manager finally yesterday and then texting him twice today asking for a decision, (3 contacts total), he told me they were not going to fix the problem and to stop harassing him! What a beautiful job they completed on my pool patio, Mike was very professional and on the ball, he supervised the project from start to finish. Upon completion he had a pool cleaning lady named Brittany come to my home and clean the debris from the pool the very next day, and had her come back a few days later to do a second cleaning and make sure the chemicals we're right in the pool, she also was truly amazing what a sweetheart!!! Mike's crew was a diligent hard working crew.. they cleaned up after themselves each day as best they could which I appreciated. Buyer Beware - several positive reviews which are very, very suspect. Simply check other services (Yelp, Collier/Lee County Courts, Angi, BBB, et al) for the real business reviews and for owner Michael Cullen, easily spotlighting to avoid this company. After receiving many bids we engaged UPD - the lowest bid, Cullen made so many promises that never materialized. Our agreement was to simply remove our driveway/walkway, condition, and install pavers. Forget that every time we called the company to inquire about commencement or anything, there was a different assistant - when an assistant told us that the others had quit the company and she had no idea as to our job. Delivered pavers stayed on our lawn for weeks, then months, while waiting, killing grass and (weight) ruining our irrigation system. HOA and Neighbors complained, while our our calls, texts, emails were met with false promises, time and again. We had to threaten legal action if he didn't start and only after he finally started, he dropped-off his day laborers for the entire day - who went to the bathroom in our yard (because no one showed-up to take them to break or for lunch). While they kept working, absent Cullen, the job which was supposed to be one-day, then two then three (again, all false promises) finished at night, and Cullen immediately demanded final payment. Remember this was "at night" and we were not at home so we would need to inspect the work. As the attached photos show, imagine our surprise when the "work inspection" - the paver color we requested/agreed in-writing, were not what were put down, the depression in the pavers was present (base layer issue), immediate erosion, run-off from rain pooled in driveway, and having to fix lawn/irrigation from his delays. We sued and brought in experts to review his work, their information was startling. Spotlighting that from demo to base layer to supposed completion, every corner was cut. From irrigation pipes broken, inadequate base layer, wrong materials utilized, cheap, not consistent with industry standards, and then we presume he ran out of original requested/agreed-upon pavers, substituting with other colors, finishing at night and hoping we would not discover until after our final payment had been remitted. Once our attorney was involved the false promises continued. On at least 2 occasions, Cullen was supposed to show-up and meet to inspect, but excuse after excuse, "no show" pushed us to remedy in court, receiving a settlement. The pictures don't lie, the court filings don't lie, the other "real" reviews don't lie. Cullen/UPD will attempt to warranty work, but not getting it right the first time (con) he isn't going to be there in the end when you spotlight issues encountered - which are numerous. We had Unique Pavers install our long driveway for our home in Naples. They had to come back to repair a water issue and upon completion the workman installed over 80 pavers with the incorrect colors. I brought this to their attention, as well as our builder and they have yet to address and resolve this issue. To make matters worse the incorrect colored pavers are directly in the front of the entrance to our home. If they value service and customer satisfaction, you cannot confirm this with my wife and myself, as we are most dissatisfied. I can include photos to illustrate the issue. These people are the worst company to work with. They give you empty promises. It took approximately a year to finish our job! They have incompetent workers, and an owner that yells and has major anger issues towards clients. He made excuses all the time in terms of why the work is not finished! Oh my God, worst experience with a contractor ever. We lost so much revenue from our rentals. I was in fear someone could really hurt themselves having the stairways down to water fell apart with first rainfall, there was a huge disarray of lockstone down each side of house, to cheap to glue stones DAMAGES: They put the stones in front of my garage door for months, unable to use my vehicle, having to rent one while in Florida. Also put 2 huge garbage bins on my front lawn with 2-3 mounds of sand. It took so long to finish job, the grass DIED where they dispersed there supplies on lawn. It's crazy how they continue to get away with damage to home owners property! Have never came across such an incompetent company in our lives!!! We've dealt with many contractors over the years, we've built 2 homes, paid 260,000.00 in Lockstone (not from this company, thank God!) with great success. We have been remodelers for over 35 years and had Unique Design install a large driveway, front and back steps and a pool area. They did an outstanding job! The crew was well supervised, worked overtime and even when we said they should quit for the day, they stayed and finished the job. This was a complex and labor intensive job and their team went above and beyond to make it perfect. They were one of the best contractors we have ever worked with! The best thing I can say about Unique Pavers is that they have a great marketing brochure. Too bad that their performance is so terrible. Like many others who have written bad reviews of this company, I have never run into anyone who is more incompetent. From when I first met with Erin to when the project was completed, it took over 5 months. They only competed the project after I threatened to cancel the project and force them to give me my deposit back. The owner never shows up on time and has anger issues. I hired UNIQUE PAVERS to install my culvert and driveway. There are individual steps to the process and Cape Coral had to inspect each step they completed. They were responsive and diligent and completed each step to passing inspection. On the final day of paver installation the crew showed at 7:30 am and didnt leave until 12 hours later with the job COMPLETE.
