Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Unique Pro Cleaning Services. I scheduled a carpet cleaning for my apartment unit, and Roberto was fully aware that it was an apartment when he accepted the job. Despite that, when he arrived, he seemed unprepared to handle the logistics and got frustrated with the setup, claiming it was too complicated to run the hoses. It also appeared that he was expecting help--possibly from my son--and when he didn't receive the attention he expected, he became upset. Instead of communicating or attempting a solution, he abruptly left without doing the job and only sent a brief text saying it was "too complicated." When I tried calling to follow up, he didn't answer until the third attempt. During our conversation, he sounded annoyed and said this wasn't the first time he had disagreed with a client, but that it was okay because it only happens once or twice a year. He also mentioned that he has "too many followers on Instagram" and enough business that he doesn't need mine. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like people need to be warned about Unique Pro Cleaning Services. We scheduled a cleaning service with them and everything seemed fine at first. The cleaner actually showed up at our house, only to decide on the spot that the job wasn't worth his time because it "wasn't enough money." Are you serious? Instead of honoring the appointment or even trying to reschedule or offer a minimum service charge, he just flat-out walked out and said "don't call me again." Who says that to a customer? That is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and a massive waste of our time. If you're looking for a company that respects your time, your home, or basic decency, AVOID Unique Pro Cleaning Services. There's absolutely nothing "pro" about them!! Robert brought our carpet back to life! We had a small window of time to get this done. I explained the situation to Robert, not only was he understanding and empathetic, he was able to accommodate and was here first thing in the morning the very next day. We've used a couple carpet cleaners over the years with mixed luck on an older berber carpet in a small, high traffic home (5 kids and dog). Ricardo did a great job removing both darker traffic and dog stains, the carpet looks about as good as I think it possible could considering age and wear, and price was also reasonable. I carefully research all workers before I choose one. UNIQUE PRO Cleaning Services had excellent reviews and so I decided to have them clean my downstairs carpet and the floors in the kitchen, the powder room and the front door entry. I am embarrassed to admit that the downstairs carpet was beyond dirty - more like a rating of 9 on a dirty carpet scale of 1-10. So, with my fingers crossed, I went upstairs to wait until they were finished. WOW!! I am glad there is such a thing as magic; but I certainly did not expect to see what I saw when I came down the stairs. It looked like new carpet !!!!!!!!!!!!! The spots and the dirty areas were totally gone, and I was wearing a very wide smile. Robert also cleaned the tile flooring in the entry door area,the entire kitchen and hall leading to the powder room - something I have wanted to do for years. That was very well done also. Had family coming in from out of town and our very light colored carpet looked like someone had tracked ink in from a printing press. Robert came and treated our carpet and worked hard. He was able to get all the stains up and even had the high traffic areas looking like new. This carpet is approximately 15 years old and he made it look new. Many other reviewers have given this service a 5 star rating, I am just adding one more. There is a reason everyone rates this service five stars, outstanding professional service and a great cleaning job. On top of that his prices were very competitive.
