AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! In May 2020 a friend was diagnosed with Leukemia. Shortly after, Adam from this company (who supposedly knew my friend personally), approached the family and offered to make special shirts in support of their daughter with all proceeds going to the family. The same day the Facebook message was posted I ordered 4 for my family. It took 3 months to get the shirts, and when I got them, one was off (didn't have the colors on it). I notified the company many times, left voice-mail, but was ultimately ignored. Unfortunately, I was one of the lucky ones. Many people I know (and the group was pretty tight considering we all came together to support our friend with leukemia) NEVER RECEIVED THEIR SHIRTS! OTHERS GOT THEM 3-4 MONTHS LATER! Our friend died on the Sunday before Christmas 2020. People have either STILL NOT received their shirt or received them in late January. Not one penny of "proceeds" from the 70+ known shirts ordered has been delivered to the family. The t-shirt IS STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE! After the family, who has politely asked about the shirts, proceeds, and order status for shirts was completely ignored, legal action has been started. My daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia In May 2020. Adam approached our family about tee shirt sales and that the family would received a $10 proceed per shirt for 'The one where AmXxxx beats Leukemia (which is still advertised on their website today with "proceeds"). Ya... well ... this Company is still holding the proceeds from every single shirt sold since Mid 2020...that we all believed in ...as advertised... and promised on their Website ... for all the tee shirts that we all bought for this girl!! YELP them 70+!) The last ordered shirts were in October 2020. She passed away in December 2020. They received their shirts in January 2021...after her passing... and after dogged requests. Further, many have never received their shirts...or have less than par shirts... yet never received resolution. Our family has made untold respectful requests. Now it is a legal matter and have engaged an Attorney to pay to have this company's chain rattled. We would appreciate your follow up with the Attorney General for your claim ( we can provide the form) if you did not receive your tee shirt that was prepaid... or if you received a product... notified them of sub par product and received no resoluruin ( we have a firm ti file with the Attorney General). read more

They continue to withhold proceeds that were promised to a family that just lost their daughter to leukemia after a long, hard battle. Most people who purchased the t-shirts didn't even receive them until after she lost her battle, and a lot of people bought them to support her and her family, knowing they would get some money from the purchase. They continue to ask Unique Tees Inc. for their money and continue to get nowhere. This is just SO messed up. Please don't support this business. read more
