I got what I wanted and had a cell phone to call to make this appointment last minute. I came here for school related reasons so I could be more professional looking for my students career at PCC. I was a little bit more than uncomfortable at first because it had been over 3-1/2 months since then I used makeup and tried to get by. Nothing beats my nose wax and clean, feminine looking face and now with some eyeliner and mascara and my most favorite color lipstick on the mod side of my lifestyle. Urgency and resolve are very mentionable and no other solution to get a new acceptable look. I let her know I'd be back in a week or two. I stopped in two weeks ago and was met with a lady. She did not give me her name. I let her know I was interested in having my brows laminated. She said they don't do laminations. I told her Grace and their pricing sheet said they do. She then said that yes, they do laminations but they often don't come out well. She was, for some reason, discouraging me from getting my brows done there and clearly did not want to help me. I walked out very dissatisfied and disappointed with her customer service or lack thereof. I'm not sure if it's because I'm African American - but she was very unwilling to help me. What a shame
