Don't Book Their Salsa Cruise!!…read more Recently went on their salsa cruise, don't do it! It was highly disorganized, they kept changing event times & locations & did NOT communicate these changes with passengers. When you needed help to figure out where the concert was, Myrna & her staff were NO WHERE to be found! They only care if you're a VIP from the radio station or from the sponsors. She had passengers running up & down the ship due to all of the changes to times & locations & tried to blame it on the weather (I don't think so!). She also said we couldn't go to the concerts if we booked through Carnival (whose rates were almost 50% cheaper); yet we SAW her selling wrist bands the night of the major concert to a non-salsa cruise passenger!! Unacceptable! Don't try emailing her! Her replies take forever, and her emails are ridden with typos, grammatical errors & such... so much so, you have to read it 4-5 times to figure out what they're talking about. They read like someone with no education or professionalism, under the age of 7 wrote them. (Not exaggerating, be happy to email excerpts). Do you really want to invest that kind of money with a company who lies & can't even type a coherent sentence??
