It took forever for them to come out to fix it,and when they did, they did not do the repairs correctly. I tried to get them to come back out and fix it. It was failing in a way that I couldn't use it. It's a wheel chair, accessible ramp, it was very much needed. They never came out, would not return my calls. I had to go to another company called Med X Change, they came and fixed it, professionally, timely and courteously. I would never deal with National Seating and Mobility again.If you care about your loved ones , please be careful do your research before even considering this subpar company.
