If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. Watching the father of my children go through this has been heartbreaking. He is disabled and depends on a wheelchair-accessible van for his independence, his daily life, and most importantly, to care for our children. Instead of receiving support after purchasing a van from this dealership, he has been met with excuses, disrespect, and a complete lack of compassion. Within just a few weeks of buying the van, the wheelchair ramp started having problems, followed by serious engine issues. He spent weeks trying to fix the vehicle, paying for repairs, replacing parts, and taking it from one mechanic to another because the dealership told him they only handled oil changes and minor repairs. When Toyota finally diagnosed the vehicle, they found the engine had low compression and quoted approximately $17,000 for a replacement engine. After everything he had already gone through, the dealership still refused to help. What has been even more upsetting is the way he has been treated. Phone calls have been hung up on instead of handled professionally. Employees and managers have shown little empathy or concern for someone who depends on an accessible vehicle because of his disability. No customer should be treated with such disrespect, especially when they are simply asking for help with a vehicle they recently purchased. This situation has affected more than just him. Our children have had to watch their father deal with constant stress, worry, and uncertainty throughout the summer because the vehicle they rely on has been unreliable and because of the way he has been treated. It's painful to see a parent trying to do everything possible for their children while facing obstacle after obstacle without any meaningful support. I understand that mechanical problems can happen with any vehicle. What I cannot understand is the lack of customer service, accountability, and basic human decency shown throughout this experience. Treating customers with respect costs nothing, and hanging up on people who are asking for help is unacceptable. I hope this dealership starts treating people with dignity, especially customers with disabilities who rely on accessible vehicles. Until then, I strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to do extensive research, ask detailed questions about warranties and post-sale support, and think carefully before trusting this dealership with such an important purchase. read more

Called Jeff up and he ordered the hand controls right away, unintentionally gave him the wrong information about my vehicle, so he ordered the correct bracket while working on the car, and I picked it up the following day. I am currently driving a 2014 FJ Toyota equipped with manual hand controls, a Bruno chair and wheelchair lift. The drivers seat was designed to lower outside the car and lift me into the car enabling me to drive independently. For the past 3-4 months the chair was not performing properly and resulted in unsafe driving conditions. I researched and found the Ability Center. I met with Miguel and Jerimiah at the Ability Center. Miguel and Jerimiah are hands down, the most knowledgeable people I have met in this field. They exhibited outstanding knowledg and professionalism Consequently, my drivers seat was adjusted and I was able to operate the seat with 100% efficiency and safety. Prior to meeting Miguel I had contacted several companies to correct my seat. Sadly, they were unable to correct the problem for long term use. I highly recommend contacting the Ability Center for accessing any mobility needs. All staff members are highly knowledgeable and very kind to the customers. The Ability Center is an hour drive from my home. All I can say is driving there is the best drive I will ever have to maintain my independence. I find it most rewarding to write this review. Very professional place. I was helping my father find replacement batteries for his scooter chair. They made an appointment for me to come in & said I'd be there only about 30 minutes. That's exactly how it went! In and out quickly, reasonable pricing, friendly and helpful staff & a nice waiting area to sit in while the work was being done. The lady in the front & Jeremiah were both so kind & courteous. Extremely impressed and would return. My dad is contemplating getting a ramp from them. I didn't realize that my 2019 Honda CR-V with a class 3 hitch can't carry more than 150 lbs! Jeff said the Bruno lift and my electric wheelchair would rip the bumper right off the car!!! Ability Center was everything I was looking for. I needed a tune-up on my rear entry ramp. I've had some pretty bad experiences at other accessible van dealers, but Ability Center was amazing. I called Ability Center looking for a wheel-chair accesible van for my Dad. Bill was prompt to get back to me, emailed me several pictures to look at, and discussed the details of each one I was interested in over the phone. My Dad was too feeble to come to the lot to see the van we were interested in, so Bill brought it to his house to try out. I'd like to say we happily purchased a van from Bill and are enjoying it, but sadly my Dad passed away before we were able to do so.
