I had a great experience initially but as of recently things have gone down hill. In the past my son's continence supplies were always delivered timely. More recently there have been a few instances where I have had to call and inquire where my son's supplies are, today was another one of those times. Alexis after looking up my sons account said his supplies should have shipped out then said it shipped out today but here I am now at 7pm no continence supplies no shipping alert nothing. It wouldn't be an issue if I could find my son's size in store or on Amazon but unfortunately that's not the case. Then there's the update of now today they'll be shipped out which means Alexis or Alexa lied and per the person I spoke with didn't document that I had called in or anything regarding what the call was about. Lovely large store. Purchased 1 walker and two canes. Better than Amazon. As long as you request the in-house expert on walkers things run smoothly. I purchased a walker and was told there was no hand-brake and so for 6 weeks the walker kept rolling down the hill. Iy made no sense to me. I revisited the store and one of the reps retold me the same thing, "no, you have to hold the brakes in order to stop it. I finally asked for the "in-house expert" and within seconds, he showed me all the things my walker could do and how to adjust the wiring in order to carry a basket for shopping!! Little things matter so so much!!! read more

They are all so knowledgeable and friendly. Everything is super affordable as well. But I'm so impressed by the kindness of everyone I've had dealings with. I bought a used scooter from a private party after I had an accident and it had some age issues (one being the start button fell off so I was stuck!!). I called them on a Wednesday and they picked it up and brought a loaner the same day. The following day, they had finished it and it was like brand new. I highly recommend them. If they don't have it, they'll find it!! Wish there were 10 stars!! I have just called for a push wheel chair as I have a Dr appointment but can't walk far enough to get to the Dr office. Such a convivence to have this store near my home. All staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in looking for something to help me with my swelling of my leg and the staff directed me to compression stocking. i was measured to my size and shown how to properly put them on and maintain them. Pretty hard to see what they have because everything is behind a temporary wall. Staff is very friendly and does try to help but sometimes you don't know what you need until you see it. Helpful tools, handy grips, etc... Anyway, it looks like they carry a lot of stuff if you know what you need you can request it at the plexiglass window.....I wasn't sure so They brought out a wheelchair for me to look at which I'm pretty sure was the top of the line. Maybe the thing to do would be to bring out 3, low, medium and highest price..... then you would have something to compare quality and price against.. I didn't purchase anything today I was mostly out checking sizes and prices. Purchase compression socks for 65+ dollars. I wore them 5 times and one sock started to fail at the toe. I went to the store and asked to exchange for another, they refused! All sales final! What the f**k? That is just bad business. Who is going to pay 70.00 for socks that only last 5 days!? DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! BUYER BEWARE!! To the business manager that replied, your employee did not look at the socks or inspect my toes to see there are no jagged toes, all smooth skin. Further, I contacted the manufacturer and they warranty their product but you have to send it in to be determined if they will replace. You are flat out refusing to honor the manufacturer warranty and denying the consumer any ability to utilize the warranty. NO RETURNS!!! Because of COVID this store has a NO RETURN POLICY period! On any item even if it's not opened. They have a lengthy disclaimer on their sales receipts which should be removed and simply state, "NO RETURNS!" I asked the salesperson if the toilet safety rail would fit on my toilet and she assured me it would and it did not. I was told, by the rep, that it would need to be special ordered from the manufacturer and it would cost me $70 for a box of 10 colostomy bags.
