Very clean and hardly anybody here!! That's probably why it's clean:) It's not the selling point to me. It's the proximity to the hotel. It's literally across the parking lot. As in you walk about 0.2 miles from the Element hotel and you're there. In close proximity are the following: Starbucks, Mimis Cafe, sushi a bowling alley and a grand looking popo station. Right in front of the theater is a nail salon, a bar/golf(Swingers), Indian restaurant, a tattoo spot and a cigar store and a karaoke spot? Yes. Lol! 12 theaters. 12 choices. Yes.

Since the theatre was renovated, watching movies is much more enjoyable in a dark theatre with reclining leather chairs! The lobby and bathrooms need a serious facelift and the concession stand seems to be constantly understaffed but one step at a time. Once the rest of the theatre is upgraded, I'll consider giving this theatre more stars.

This theatre is a spot I hit when I do dinner or lunch at Park Meadows and want to catch a movie close by. It sits behind the mall near the Fox and the Hound (and other eats). There is a lot of parking, but a lot of restaurants in the area too - so it fills up. It never seems overly busy, which is odd since it is in such a hopping part of the mall. Still that is nice, no lines, no crowds. The seats are nice stadium style high backs - they rock too. None of the theatres are very big, but that is OK, since they are clean and do the job. Nice, experience and and all around nice place. I know I will be back!

Concessions available are beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and snacks. The facility is really quite spectacular. I recently visited to view the Roland Bernier retrospective which included a substantial selection of his work from the 1980s/1990s. The expansive lobby provided an excellent setting for his large-scale works. Additional art display space is available in the long hallway that leads from the lobby to the administration offices. The Arts Center has a busy schedule of theatrical and musical events that are presented in the Main Stage and Terrace theaters. There is also a regular schedule of art exhibits. The good things were that they offer a good range of classes from tumbling to acting, I only took acting and singing classes, they also do a lot of charity work and take groups to fun locations to sing. The bad things have scared me for life. I always felt as if I was not as good at singing or acting then the other kids, the vocal lessons started off in the main performing room were you would do vocal exercises and group songs then Teresa and Ashley would separate the kids into two groups, which I think is highly inappropriate because some kids struggle with confidence levels like me and I put on a shell that looks confident but I really struggle with self control so it was hard for me and for other kids. Another thing is that Ashley and Teresa put a front up saying that they don't try to make kids perfect when I think they do they also choose favorites ( I know every kid says that the teachers have favorites but in this case there where favorites) I always felt I was never up a favorite kid because they treated other kids differently. Amber who is a family member and student at spotlight is treated better then most kids and I know she has epilepsy and has a service dog for a reason but amber would bring her dog up to the stage and sing with It making the dog jump out of her hands and make a distraction also I'm afraid of small dogs and they give me bad anxiety so that was not helpful also they would hand out stickers to the "better" kids which again causes problems. The acting part was the same with the favorites. I remember going home everyday after those horrible classes crying. I have to go to therapy for anxiety and self esteem and when I went to spotlight they got worse Theo

She has the educational background (Master's Degree) in Special Education), and well over 10+ years of dance experience to effectively teach and guide children and young adults with special needs. Your dancer-athlete will learn speech, gross and fine motor skills, and working memory skills, all while dancing on a team, making new friends, exercising, and enjoying theirselves. It's therapy, however it's not therapy in a clinical sense. Special needs individuals often feel as though that's all they do is see a doctor, nurse, or a therapist in a clinical environment. This can get to be overwhelming and stressful for them. This is what happened with our daughter. We drove to therapy one day and she refused to get out of the car. After that, as parents we searched for a program for her where she could simply just be a kid. We found it with Starstruck Academy of Dance and PerformAbility Co! Your dancer-athlete will also learn the meaning of teamwork, patience, collaboration, compromise, and so much more! I asked my daughter the other day how long she plans on dancing and she said "Mom, I'm going to be a dancer and a cheerleader for life!" That works for us because dance has improved her poise, eye contact, and confidence. She has came out of her shell. Our family will be members of Performability Co for life! Thank you Ms. Melanie and Ms. Lisa for providing inclusion, love, and care for ALL of the young people in the community. We really appreciate you. You are the best!
