They're all involved together, $2500. That's why banks have insurance. But they don't care they told me it was a perfectly good transfer. If you don't have a bank account with Chase Bank, how can you transfer money into a bank account only way your account has to be hacked by someone else? With a Chase Bank account. They had a 1 minute investigation and said it was a good transfer of funds. How could it be a good transfer of funds when you don't have a Chase Bank account? I've been with Wells Fargo since they were called waukovia in Woodlawn, near Fort BelvoirVa 1988. Bunch of idiots.I think we should all boycott.Well, Fargo, until they get their act together.Remember a few years ago.There were already sued once because they entered supervisor for stealing money.They're probably doing the same thing now.They're all in a scheme with zelle. Just remember you can sell money to yourself within the same bank. That's what happened to me. So why did my money leave my bank? Because the individual already had Hack my account. When they finally got off for their a** to really do an investigation, they found that the money had already been retrieved and taken from the account. Do you think I should get a refund because of their stupidity? I have paperwork that they ask for, and they clearly show. I sent the money to my account, but guess what? I have a name of individual from Chase Bank, I don't know if this individual was involved, but. (Noel Infante) Again? It could be hundreds of these guys out here with the same name, but this one was at Chase Bank. Another problem with Wells Fargo and probably a lot of other banks. Also, when you get a call or you complain. It's always in another country. They have no f****** idea what's going on in the United States. How can they fix the issue straight up trash? I had an almost perfect credit score personally (800+). I had zero debt personally and zero debt…read morethrough my business. I had a business that was growing. I had paid off a lot of previous debt so I demonstrated the ability to pay previous obligations. I literally should have been their ideal client. But they denied my $1 million+ revenue business any line of credit (LOC), even a modest $50K. I went to another bank and got a $100K line of credit that was limited only because they were freaked out by Chain Bridge Bank's refusal to lend. A year later, I got a $250K line of credit with my new bank. Chain Bridge Bank appears to cater only to political campaigns. I fail to understand this since that's a very very risk undertaking. But they don't seem to care about almost sure-thing local businesses that are growing rapidly. And now we are 3 times the size only a few years later due to no help from them since they refused to extend a LOC.

NWFCU claimed to had sent me a new card but that was not the case. I never received a new card. The person who helped me at the Gainesville location told me all she had to do was print me a new card that would have the same numbers but new expiration date and would mark the "new card" NW "sent me" as lost/stolen. I was there maybe 7 min total and was given my new debit card and told it would work. Needless to say, it did in fact NOT work. I called customer service and she explained the worker did not do this process correctly. She claimed I would have to have an entire new card and she could either expedite ship me one to have within 3 days or I could go to a NW location that day to get a new one. Well, I was in trouble because I had to get gas and my card wasn't working so I ended up having to use the only cash I had on me at the time to get gas ($23 to be exact) so I could get over to the next NW location since I was headed to Arlington for class. I arrived at the N Glebe rd location and had a warm welcome by Justin and other employees. Justin helped me right away and after explaining everything I had gone through, he was apologetic and emphatic towards my situation. He agreed with what the customer service lady told me on the phone - he explained why and proceeded to get my account and debit card corrected. He was the most helpful and kind employee of NWFCU I have EVER experienced. He far exceeded my expectations and kept me in an enlightened mood as I had been pretty frustrated. He made my new card and had me try it at the NWFCU ATM outside to ensure it would work. Of course, Justin fixed everything and my card worked!! I'm telling yall, go here and see Justin. Stay away from this branch…read more The Branch leader there does not manage personnel, even when they're busy, he sits in his office with the door shut playing on his computer..most likely watching porn. the bank associates I was waiting to talk to kept saying they'd be right with me, then pushed me aside for others who came in sfter me. I had called 2 hours earlier to set up an appointment, but no one returned my call. There were two bank associates working with clients. I was the only one waiting. Then, 2 other people started waiting for the bank associates. I waited patiently, quietly, and one of the associates said they would be right with me. She did not ask what I was waiting for, or offer to get the Branch Leader. I continued to wait for 30-40 minutes in total. I was there to get a cashier's check, and no one would help me. I also limped into the branch with a knee in a brace as I needed knee surgery the following week. No one offered my coffee or water. No one asked what I needed, Then, one of the bank associates got freed up, and proceeded to tell the person who came in last, she would help him. I complained that no one would help me. She said, "well he has an appointment". I pointed out I called ahead and wanted to set up an appointment as well. But no one answered or returned my call. She then told me the Branch Leader would assist me. Again not asking me what I needed. She then had the person who came in the last step into her office and proceeded to help him. 5-10 minutes later Eduardo comes out and asked who he can help. I say me, as I've been waiting too long, He dodges answering my complaint, just saying well, I'm here now, what do you need. I cut right to the chase and said I needed a cashiers check for $4300, and he goes oh, our tellers can assist you with that. He had no interest in diffusing the situation and assisting me. Then, I say, Jesus F'ing Christ, I waited here for all this time for no reason? Why didn't anyone simply say, they were busy, and I could get what I needed done with a teller? Why didn't one of the teller's who were standing there doing nothing, come ask me what I needed? Then Eduardo Camara said, "you can't curse at my employees, if you do it again, we won't serve you and you will have to leave. Or I will call the police. Not only had I not directed my frustration at anyone in particular, I said, "I can curse whenever I f'ing want to" He proceeded to stand behind me and try to intimate me. He did absolutely nothing to assist me but acted like he was bent out of shape for help even addressing me, then he tried to escalate the situation!. No apologies for getting screwed over by him or his staff from HIM!!!! The teller was kind, and nice unlike Eduardo who was a pompous ass! Threateninmg, and humiliarting me in front of his staff. He's completely out of control and should be removed from his position.
