We had to leave the house for a medical emergency and the crew said that they would stay during lunch so that the house would be occupied. Just stepping up and taking responsibility ment the world to us at a very crucial moment. We loved the covering on the island and how they made they craftsman moldings part of the island.

I've attached clear photos showing the damage.I reached out for warranty service in 2025 providing details and photos. They came out and took pictures. The company responded that the peeling was due to water damage and therefore not covered. The second photo shows the peeling near the sink which may have gotten wet a few times, but it would have to be soaked everyday to cause this much peeling. The first photo is of a drawer on an island far from sinks/stove splashes as is some of the other affected areas. The rest of the kitchen shows no moisture problems. This feels like poor material quality or adhesive failure, not customer fault. It's disappointing they wouldn't stand behind their work. If you're considering cabinet refacing, I suggest getting multiple quotes and clarifying warranty terms for delamination/peeling issues.1-2 stars for the product failure and warranty experience.

Valentina Cordoba offers nothing Elite about her services. I…read moreended up paying $31k out of $41 for a Lowe's builder grade master bathroom and she never gave us faucets, mirrors, lights or vanities!! She only brought me Lowe's Tile even after I said I didn't want it. All the tile was heavily discounted or being discontinued. She charged us $15,250.60 for the shower and she didn't want to tile to the ceiling. The tile butted out from the crown so much so that we had to have the crown removed and replaced in the shower, which she charged us $2156 for 3 pieces of crown molding. I had to buy more tile from Lowe's later on and it was $3.50 a piece. In a meeting, she mentioned how she wouldn't work with someone who had their own tile even though she kept referring to a client and showing me photos who spent $50k on their bath. Lo and behold she let it slip how that client had their own tile. However, she loved to reference that photo. We paid her $2449.50 to supply and install a frameless shower door. The first shower was broken. She accused us of breaking it! It took total 8 weeks when it was supposed to be 4 weeks and we only got a partial bathroom. Eventually we did get a replacement shower but she refused to just refund that money from the contract and let us have it installed with my new contractor. She only offered a new shower which she ordered on Wayfair for $500. We paid her $412.30 for vanity lights. I was able to see these because she had them delivered to my house. They were $30 each from Amazon! They looked so cheap and dinky. We paid her $375 for mirrors. After seeing the lights, I refused the mirror. In good faith, I gave her back the Delta faucets over $475 with explicit warning that we would not pay for them. She gave some ridiculous reason about insurance and those faucets. At every turn her answers were no, can't be done or pay more. At one point, she told me the look I wanted for my niche was an AI generated photo and that it wasn't real! It was such a farce. We went round and round over a basic built in look I decided for the niches. She talked me out of one large niche instead of 2 citing it would look messy with my bottles. At the time, I agreed. I hate them now because I lost precious space and her worker shorted me even more space by leaving excessive tile overhang all around. To achieve this look, a carpenter needed to perform a miter cut. She referred to her guy as a 'master carpenter.' Any master carpenter should be able to perform a miter cut. Either her 'master carpenter' could not do it or she just refused. She never said why or gave the option for us to pay extra for this one. She cost me a 15 year warranty with my heated floor, which initially she only wanted to do a strip from the door to toilet. She charged me $2778.75 for that strip then told me for $400 more, I could have the entire floor. Of course we chose the whole floor. I had a previous quote from another contractor for $2k on that floor. We now have a 10 year warranty because she didn't own the megohmmeter to perform all the necessary tests required by Schluter for the floor. She also almost ruined my lifetime warranty on parts because she didn't use the specific mortar required. Thankfully, I caught it in time for them to purchase the correct mortar. She refused to give me the warranty info during the installation process which would have clarified she didn't have the meter. She waited until the end and beyond with my husband and I begging her for the warranty information. She was completely unorganized and tried to appear more important than we think she was. Her assistant LIVES in INDIA! She's so cheap she employs a woman who has to work nights to answer your emails. Even her subcontractors, electricians, refuse to work with her anymore. The electrician apologized to me one day because he was standing there during a conversation with me, Valentina and her workers, which btw, she sent her workers home then, stating they were frustrated. Her spanish only speaking workers looked confused. It was 10:30am and they'd only been there maybe an hour. The electrician apologized for Valentina on that day and told me I wasn't the only person who had issues dealing with her, that she can be aggressive and bully ppl into doing what she wants instead of the homeowner. The kicker and the reason we fired Valentina was because she measured the vanities incorrectly. She wanted to cut my door trim or better yet, she wanted her 'master carpenter' to cut the back of the vanity, which may have affected the drawers. She wanted to charge us a custom fee on top of that if they were cut, after the $10k we spent for the vanities. I learned just how inexpensive those vanities were during this process. She later charged us $1500 for a restocking fee for those vanities!! She said she would, "write off that remaining balance for us." Yelp cut me off at 5000 words

I am ecstatic with my kitchen and bath remodeling projects that Showcase Design did for me. I…read moreneeded new countertops, backsplash, sink/faucet, and lighting in my kitchen, plus a new glass shower in one bathroom and wallpaper removal and painting in another. From the minute I stepped into the Showcase Design showroom and was met by Cassie, I was treated as if I were their number-one priority, all the way to the finish. Cassie is the greatest as their frontline rep. She is pleasant, professional, and patient. Jill and Frank, the owners, are extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience, and both are a treasure to work with. Frank and his crew came out to the house and took measurements, and one of the best parts is that they showed up on time! This is often a rarity in the service industry these days, so I greatly appreciated that. All of the people on their team, including Jeff, who did the shower glass, Paul, the electrician, J.C., who did the backsplash, Ron, the painter, the countertop crew -- everyone -- were personable, very experienced, and a pleasure to work with. The countertops were installed in just one day, and the backsplash took only two. The wallpaper removal and painting took a while, as we were told it would, but otherwise the whole process was flawless. I love these people. One of the hallmarks of their business is the personal touch brought on by Jill, the owner, who practically lives on her email in order to give customers immediate feedback and answers. Nights, weekends, it did not matter. Jill treated me as if a red carpet had been rolled out, and she addressed every topic with cheerful helpfulness. Best of all was how thorough and patient she was, and I'm here to tell you that this counted for a lot since there were over 100 email exchanges on these projects! She's great. I'm one of those highly detailed ("picky") people who likes to have things be just right, and Showcase Design never missed a mark. I had started out getting a quote from another local company (I won't name names), but I received a cold reception as they constantly told me, almost as if bragging, about how they were too busy to help me, with no indication that I would ever be able to get on their schedule. All I wanted was an initial consultation and to get on their schedule for the future, no matter how far off. I felt I was being pretty lenient (I mean, how many of their customers walk in the door and say I'm not in any sort of rush?), given that I came in during the summer and was asking for a January start date. But because I was treated coldly, I looked elsewhere. How lucky I was to come upon the great reviews of Showcase Design of Apex! Everything in my baths and kitchen looks great -- from the frameless glass shower, the wallpaper removal and painting, the white glossy subway tile backsplash, the wonderful stainless sink and faucet, to the crowning glory, the Silestone Calacatta Gold quartz countertops -- just breathtaking. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Showcase Design, and Jill, Frank, Cassie, and all their crew, for your next renovation/remodel project.

The…read moreproject included removal of existing cabinets, countertops, appliances, pantry cupboard, as well as demolition of backsplash and flooring. In addition, waterlines were moved, existing vent line moved, and new lighting was installed. The project was discussed with us in great detail by Trey Green & his son, Colby Green. Everything was laid out in black and white. Colby did a fantastic job of designing the new kitchen as appliances were moved and a completely different look was portrayed. Colby made several changes on the drawings and really did a wonderful job of giving us the kitchen of our dreams. Each and every trade that was utilized was exceptional. The trades included, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical contractors as well as tile installers, cabinet installers, fabricators, painters, and demolition team. The cabinet selection was extensive and the suppliers of countertops and tile were very good. Prior to demolition, the entire kitchen area was enclosed in a protective barrier to keep dust and debris from going into adjoining rooms. The hardwood floors adjoining the kitchen area were covered with construction paper and tarps. We were well informed as to when each and every aspect of the remodel would take place. There were no surprises or hidden costs. Each and every item was outlined before the work began and all of our concerns were addressed. This is our third new home that we had built. Although this house was only 12 years old, we wanted something that was kitchen friendly and attractive. We have had several contractors perform work for us over the years but not one could compare to Triangle Cabinets & Renovations. We can definitely tell you that Trey Green & Colby Green strive to give you what you want and will do an excellent job. Wayne & Joan Perry Cary, N.C.

From the initial consultation, through the design and build process, Trey's deep experience helped us design a kitchen that we did not think would be practical within the constraints of our space. With his input, and detailed design and layout alternatives, we were able to visualize our dream kitchen and proceed with confidence. During the build phase Trey and his team of professional subcontractors executed as planned and committed. Trey is "hands on" performing some of the critical work himself, and on-site to provide all necessary direction to the other trades. All of Trey's sub-cons from mechanical, electrical, painting, flooring and cabinetry trades were excellent. Reynaldo, his cabinet installer and trim carpentry expert, is a true craftsman. We will definitely look to Trey again when it's time for our next renovation project!
