What a pleasant shopping experience it turned out to be, the interior is much nicer than the exterior would lead you to believe it was going to be, the salesman was everything I wanted in that role, a nice and knowledgeable guy who knew when to step in and when to step back and their prices are very competitive and they sell quality furniture. ..I think I found my furniture store and recommend you give them a try as well

The Sunday before Christmas our dryer quit heating and our fridge died. Yes, all in one day!…read moreMonday morning I called for service for the dryer ( that was still under extended warranty) and they were able to come fix it yet that week! The fridge was not under warranty anymore so we went in to Silica in Beaver Dam Monday evening and they had what we were looking for and they delivered it the next day on Christmas Eve! I've had other experiences with these people and they have always come through! And once again, they did!

By far the worst of the Fox Bros stores; the remodeling from the former store there was totally…read moresuperficial and didn't fix that slanting floors of the bad plumbing in the public restrooms--the only thing they got right was adding some freezer cabinets instead of the open bunkers--although they kept some AND THEY STILL LEAK water all over the floor. Cookies always burned, miniature del and bakery--how do you expect your employees to match your other stores when they have NO ROOM to work or present fresh product??? Good produce, but the physical dept is WAY too big for amount of product carried... If it's in the ad and you don't get there at the correct moment--it's out of stock. Perputually understaffed

Mike (owner) is a stand up guy who has a specifically made tow truck for projects such as this. Mike stayed in contact while we planned out this project and he just came out and towed the RV away today. Super happy with the service provided!
