My family and I used United Limousine Service for airport transport purposes when taking vacation on cruise. Family was impressed at the clean car, professionalism, friendliness, on time, waited for some family members to show patiently, relaxing, and enjoyable trip to airport and from airport. Upon arriving home, we were greeted professionally at baggage claim on time even when plane was late on arrival. Mom told all her friends how wonderful this service and how well we were treated. Will use them again. Request same driver if available. Let me mention this ride was so relaxing after our stressful voyage home with Southwest on a Sat. Labor Day weekend. Just used this company aka Bluebonnet Wine Tours for a girls wine tasting. This is my second time using them and I will continue to call upon this company every year when we do our annual tasting tour. First, Bob was always very helpful when booking the trip over the phone. We actually had a nice conversation about the wineries I was interested in and he made suggestions. He seemed very knowledgeable about the area and wineries. Our driver was Paul. Oh how we loved Paul. He was great because he put up with 7 loud mouthed girls who insisted on playing loud music the entire time. He arrived on time and got us to each winery safely and on schedule. I have to give extra kudos to this driver because my friend left her tablet in between the seats and he found it and shipped it to her the next day! The main reason why I chose Bluebonnet is because they charge per hour and not per person, which a lot of other limo tours do. There are no "gotcha" fees or taxes. You know what you are going to pay plus whatever you want to tip the driver. Can't say enough about this company and can't wait to call them again next year! read more

i emailed them on June 30 & July 1 for quote on transportation to airport and back. I've yet to hear from them. They say in their email for the potential client to contact them if they don't contact you within 24 hrs. I think not, that should be their responsibility to make sure ALL inquiries don't fall thru the cracks...... I guess they don't want my business. read more

Recently used United Transportation to get my elderly parents to/from the Austin Bergstrom Airport. The trip to the airport for them was great and the driver Magdy was awesome according to my parents. However, on the return my parents said the driver Eric no showed and they had to take a taxi back to their assisted living facility. I called United to tell them about this and they said Eric never said anything to them and they would look into it. It's been several days and no call/email or any other correspondence from United Transportation. I would not recommend this company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS LIMOUSINE SERVICE. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. PERIOD. After a friends birthday plans were ruined due to... 1. Limo driver provided with incorrect pick-up address from the company which completely changed our plans (that we paid for in advance due to the limo arriving hours late). 2. Limo experienced engine issues less than half way to our destination and no other limo was able to help us which forced us pay for an Uber (defeats the entire purpose of renting a limo). 3. Found out the wrong limo was sent to us compared to what we paid for...(we were picked up in a very out of date limo). 4. With all of the issues we were dealing with above, to top it off customer service WAS HORRIBLE. Screaming at us (saying it wasn't the companies fault the limo had issues), being very disrespectful, and 110% handled the entire situation VERY unprofessionally. AGAIN, DO. NOT. USE. THIS. If I could give them a zero I probably would. When I originally booked I was texted a photo of the limo that was supposed to pick me up. The day of my wine tour, the driver was supposed to arrive at 2:15pm when he called me to tell me that dispatch gave him the wrong address. He did not arrive to pick us up until 3:05pm in a limo that did not match the picture that was sent to me. He did say that he would add the extra time to the end of my day which I was fine with. After picking up another friend, the driver took 4 wrong turns which put us an hour and a half out from our winery that was only supposed to be an hour away. About 20 minutes into our ride the limo started overheating and shaking. It was now 4:20 while our winery tour started at 3:30 and again, we are still an hour out from the winery that closed at 6. After calling dispatch, they told me they needed to contact the driver. We decided to call Uber's to a different winery since we would not make it in time. As I again contacted dispatch to tell them my concerns, a person named Keith specifically told me that it "wasn't their fault I was late for pick up". It was made clear that the communication between the driver and dispatch was not there as I had time stamped phone calls and text messages with the driver. He continued to argue with me instead of apologizing for my inconvenience and missed tour that was prepaid. The dispatcher asked me to call back Monday to speak to "Bob" as I asked "Bob's" last name he refused to provide me the information. I found him to be extremely rude and insulting. Monday rolls around and I decided to drive to their office (as there are two locations listed). One address is an Arby's and the other is an empty parking lot. I contacted the main office as the same gentleman answered. I asked their location as I was interested in speaking with "Bob". Keith (dispatcher) stated that the limos are not on location as there is a "special event". I asked to speak with "Bob". Keith stated that "Bob" was off that day. I explained to him that he asked me to call Monday and I find it hard to believe that this "special event" was so big he forgot when he asked me to call back Monday. He instantly became defensive and extremely rude stating "you would ask a friend to pay for your Uber ride if their car broke down so why should we". This was just a start as I explained to Keith that I'm not a friend and I'm a paying customer. Keith continued to make excuses for my experience and stated that "I should have planned my tour for the morning knowing wineries close early". I had to remind Keith on many occasions that I was a paying customer and calling to debrief my experience. Keith continued to make excuses for my experiences and actually told me that "maybe I'll understand once my car breaks down". He told me that they used a stalk photo of the limo they sent me and told me the driver probably "drove too fast" to come get us once he was late because their mechanic sees no issues with the limo. The conversation consisted of Keith raising his voice and talking st me most of the time. At one point Keith yelled at me "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US, HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU WANT US TO PUT IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT MAM". Well Keith, an apology would be nice. Anyways, long story short, horrible experience, horrible service and horrible customer service. I would never recommend United Limo Services and denied their "complementary" service because I don't trust it would be enjoyable and I certainly wouldn't want to be insulted by any of their staff. read more

Hired the Bluebonnet/United folks as part of a wineries tour near Fredericksburg, TX. Professional, courteous, and on time, they picked me and my mom up and we had a smooth ride there and back. Kudos to driver Eric, who unfailingly called us "ma'am" and listened to us prattle there and back, even through traffic. Everything went just as well as you could expect. On the back end, I got emails confirming and reminding me of the pickup, with Eric's name and contact information, well ahead of time. I hired United for my daughter's wedding at star hill ranch in bee caves, Tx. They shuttled guests between the hotel in lake Travis and the venue. I talked to bob to make my reservation. He gave me a call right after I filled out an on line form with what I needed. Bob was extremely polite and professional. I needed the 33 passenger shuttle. Marcus was the driver. He showed up well before the scheduled time. There was quite a bit of time were he did not have to shuttle people back and forth. My guests liked him so much that I invited him to join us for a buffet dinner. Marcus was very popular with my guests and many of them spoke to him at length. After the wedding,several of the guests told me what an interesting person Marcus is. They remarked that along with driving the shuttle, he served as a tour guide by talking about the local history during his shuttle runs. I had a couple guests that had a little difficulty getting around they told me how helpful and patient Marcus was. Marcus only added to the success and ambience of the wedding. I will definitely use united again and I would hope that Marcus is available as a driver. read more

I recently used United for a bachelor party with friends. We got a limo from the airport to celebrate our arrival, as well as a passenger van out to HiIl Country to visit a brewery. The entire experience with United was fantastic - making the reservation was easy and they were extremely courteous and amenable. I had to change the schedule slightly a few times and it was no problem for them. Both drivers were courteous, nice, and fun. The ride was smooth and both the limo and van were clean. Definitely a great experience and the value can't be beat. A great way to enjoy Austin if you want affordable transportation to go anywhere. read more

Horrible the limo driver didn't show up to pick up my daughter's for her high school formal, had hired a hummer for 22 of her classmates to be taken to the formal. Parents had to come and pick their kids up and take them. She miss out on all of class formal photos and was shame in front of classmates. I would rate them a zero. read more

My husband and I hired the titanium jaguar for a winery/brewery tour. Pick up at hotel was "supposed to be" 1130. Despite us calling the day prior to advise the driver of the many street closures due to the Austin marathon that day, the driver was still 30 minutes late. He showed up in a white Lincoln town car...excuse was the engine was giving them trouble on the jag and didn't want us breaking down. The armrest on the backseat had dried cheese stuck to it. When I commented on this to the driver (Bob), he reached back and closed the armrest ...problem solved:-P. Not a very professional service if you ask us. I've hired drivers/cars several times in other cities with no problems. This was definitely the worst limo service I've ever used. read more

I hired this limo service for a bachelorette party , we decided to do the Driftwood wine tour. I spoke with Bob Burns several times and he was GREAT! He answered my questioned timely and also gave suggestions for what we should do and where to go. We scheduled our wine tour on July 22nd, the driver was promptly on time and also called me that morning to confirm the pick up location. Bob our driver was FABULOUS! He willingly took photos of us as well as didn't rush us through the tours. After our second winery he suggested maybe switching it up and going to a brewery and then distillery, we were so excited about his suggestion and decided to go with it! We had SUCH AN AMAZING DAY!!! We decided to add on a little more time to our tour since we were having so much fun. I would definitely suggest using this company again and if we ever head back to Austin I will absolutely use them again! Would not recommend. I had to change a pick up time for a guest whose flight was cancelled and they said no problem. Took down all of my information around 7:30 PM. I woke up to a cancellation email saying "sorry, can't accommodate" at 1:00 AM. No phone call to accompany with it when my guest needed to be picked up at 8:25 AM that morning. read more

I rented a Hummer Limo for July 18 for 6:00 p.m. The limo driver was late, and I had to call the company to see where he was. He did call me and said he had just finished with a wine tour and would like to stop and "rinse" the limo off so it wouldn't be dusty. He finally got there around 6:30 ish, and we were on a very tight time schedule with reservations at Vince Young's Steakhouse, after our ceremony. The limo was not clean on the outside. On the inside......well, had I not been on a time limit I would have sent the limo back . I don't think I would have trusted them to bring a decent limo back. The mirrors in the ceiling were filthy, hand prints all over them and one of the mirrors broken, the colored lighting in the top of the limo were not secured, and hanging out of the groove where they should have been secured, the lining on the inside top of the limo interior, was........nasty. That's the only word that comes to mind I had ordered a child's seat for my grandson, but it was not installed. The limo did not know how to install it, and it took us extra time to the get seat secured for him. The ride was not smooth, "gunned" and "slammed on brakes. I will say, however, Bob was one of the nicest guys! He really tried to make things right, but I didn't complain since that wasn't the time or place. Bob, if you are the owner, I will say this: I don't know how, you can in good conscience, rent such a hideous limo for the amount of money I was charged. It was a wedding ceremony, and I so wanted everything to be perfect. I will not ever rent a limo from you again, and I am in a position to recommend limos in Austin, but will definitely tell everyone to stay away from you.
