This location is located inside a shopping center so parking is free and no shortage of spots. I was greeted when I walked in and told I would be helped in moment. As promised, he finished up with the customer in front of me and got to work on gathering my materials, showing me the and boxing them back up for transport. The woman in front of me lost her keys and came back in to retrace her steps. As I was handling my credit card transaction, the employee looked around the counter where should may have sat them down and let her know he'd check the box she was shipping when he finished with me. As I loaded my car, he was helping her look on the sidewalk walking up to the car! What a great group for folks!

For an upcoming DI Tournament I was putting a costume and props together as the Timekeeper/Announcer. She explained things so poorly to me that I left after 15 minutes not understanding anything about my project. I went home, googled printing places in Green Bay, and promptly met with someone at Digi Copy who was professional and courteous and clearly explained all my options. He gladly accepted my $275 order that Kinkos lost out on because of an employee with a bad attitude.
