Here's how they handle returns…read more You get a call from them about picking up some no-longer-needed equipment. Fine, you were expecting this. They ask if it can be today or tomorrow. You say you're not available today, but you can be at the location where the equipment is tomorrow morning. They give a pickup time of 10:30 AM to 12. By 10:30, you're there. And you wait. And wait. At 12:15 you call them. They put you on hold for "a moment" which turns out to be 2 or 3 minutes, and then they say the technician's on his way, he'll be there in 15 or 20 minutes. Half an hour later, he arrives. You say, we need to do this quickly, because now I'm in a hurry, I need to be somewhere else soon, I had been given a pick up time of 10:30 to 12. The technician looks surprised. He knows nothing of any 10:30 to 12 range. He only got the assignment to do this half an hour ago. So that's how they handle returns. They give you a time, but they don't make any arrangements for the actual pickup until you call and complain that they haven't shown up.

They supplie problematic equipment to customers. I would not rent any equipment from them.

I spoke with Kevin, the store manager, and associate Chris. Both were very knowledgeable about the chairs, patient as I tried them out, and helpful in advising me on what I might need for my situation (upcoming back surgery). I'm happy to recommend Mobility City in Milpitas if you need a power lift recliner, and they also have a wide selection of electric chairs/scooters, walkers, etc (I didn't inspect closely, but they had neat, ordered rows of equipment on display and space in the store for customers to demo). No phone call from the company to tell us they were going to be late. When they did finally arrive, they were eating lunch before installation of the ramp. Second, the ramp was installed but not safe for me or my client to use. Someone could've tripped on it, and/or my client could've fallen off the side of the ramp that wasn't secured. They would not make it safe for my client. Instead, they removed it. I asked them for her $1000.00 deposit back, and they refused to refund her. Please do not use this company. She was friendly and would give me other samples if I'm shopping around for hair products. I was there to see what Loreal sulfate-free products were but they were only for shampoo, conditioner and leave-in. I was looking for sulfate-free hair color. There was good size aisle of hair coloring products from different brands. I didn't have enough time to look at them all. I'll browse online to see what they are and if there's anything worth trying, I'll stop by the store. CVS aisles are clean and it's well lit inside. They have everything you need for health, food, greeting cards and gifts. Their pharmacy is in the back.
