The station itself and the staff are 5 stars. It's bs that they now charge 10 cents more per gallon if you use your card!

Been coming to this gas station for 18 years and last month they put in new slow pumps and the machines always error out and say see cashier. Forget filling a truck with over 20 gallons you will be there all day. Slow pumps and machines do not like my card as they say but they work everywhere else fine. Do not ever purchase gas from this gas station and under no circumstances EVER use the car wash (Unless you want parts of your car damaged and or removed). I visited this fuel station to put gas in my car and get a car wash before my commute to Los Angeles. I pump gas and purchase a car wash with filling my tank. I get to the car wash and pull in like I have a thousand times before at numerous other car washes...next is where it gets interesting. The cleaning brush on the drivers side is torn off and flung across the car wash. Once the car wash stops i pull forward to retrieve my mirror and the worst part is my car didnt even get to dry and now its covered with water spots. But wait it gets worse, I go back in the store to request a refund for the car wash because my car was not cleaned, and the phone number for their insurance company to figure out what happened with the car wash. The female employee offers me another free car wash, which i cannot understand why I would want to use a car wash again that just removed my mirror. I payed for a car wash, not a mirror removal. I tell the employee I only want a refund and the insurance information, she refuses to provide either and proceeds to take out her personal cell phone and take pictures of me and my vehicle. I attempted to contact their corporate line and explain that I had purchased gas and a car wash and I received a mirror extraction on a now water spotted car. They say that since I did not fold in my mirrors( On a vehicle that the mirrors do not move or fold), that they are not liable and they will not provide a refund or allow me to speak with their insurance company. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the woman I spoke to refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because it was apparent to me that English was not her native tongue and maybe there was something lost in translation, and I simply asked to speak to someone else because it seemed she was not processing the situation and she proceeded to hang up on me, after I simply requested to speak with someone in management or even another customer service representative. For your sanity sake, I strongly urge you never to visit any of the United Oil locations. Your $7 car wash could turn into an $80 mirror/vehicle repair or more. read more

The gas station itself isn't bad if you only want gas besides the fact they charge an extra 0.10 per gallon to use your card. However the car wash is horrible only half of my car was washed and it took forever, so long that I was almost late to work and was unable to go back in. I have tried to call the number and it is not accepting calls and so I look up corporate and their email doesn't work either. This company is a joke not only was the car wash horrible I was charged $9 for the plus jet wash when I selected reg wash!!!! read more

One of my two favorite gas stations. It's a big station with 18 pumping stations! They have diesel at most of the pumps as well. I believe it has the best gas prices as well. Cheaper than the Chevron on the next street and the Shell. Easy entrance of going East on Hidden Valley. Not at easy going West as you have to yield to turn left at the light. They just need to add E-85 to this station and it would be awesome. read more

Customer service here is horrible. I stopped by today to fill up. I paid outside. I decided to go in for a snack before getting back on the road. When I approached the counter, Alex, didnt greet me whatsover, which Im used to in most places. Heres where I got irritated, after completing my transaction, he proceeds to start walking away. I asked him if I could have a bag for my items. He didnt say a word but looked bothered at my request. Instead of bagging my items, he tries to hand me the bag, while looking off to the side, not giving me any eye contact whatsover and looking bothered. By this point I was really annoyed and asked, "you guys dont bag the items now?" He then starts yanking my items off the counter and throwing them into the bag. Horrible horrible service. read more

Not the cheapest, but this place is pretty well kept and they keep the lights open all night unlike other gas stations in the area.

The women in here don't speak English very well and it results in a lot of miss-communication. They were very rude to me telling me my total before the coupon I was using, then got mad and yelled at me when I said it couldn't be that much. They yelled and we're rude like you'd treat a drunk in a bar. I know they have to deal with the homeless problem in the parking lot, but don't take it on on customers there in a business suit. read more

What customer service are we talking about here? There is virtually none. And I seem to always have to walk in to get my receipt since it is not dispensed outside. Each time, the reason is "out of paper". They are too lazy even to refill the paper. They all appear bored out of their minds, and are indifferent to their customers. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I repeat DO NOT go to this gas station! I literally wasted 35 minutes of my time waiting in their long line for the car wash, and come to get up to the machine to pay and they DO NOT take card, which is okay cause they take cash... HOWEVER of course, their machine is broken and DOES NOT TAKE CASH!!! So I go in to tell them "I just sat in your car wash drive thru, and that your machine isn't working" and of course... they tell me "oh yeah the cash part is broken and you need a code" UGH! what the hell!?? No warning before I drove into the mess of cars in line, no warning when I arrived at the machine to pay... NOTHING!! 35 minutes!!!! 35 minutes I will never get back because of your idiotic and Unprofessionalism NOT TO POST any warning for your customers... Also, they were completely RUDE when telling them about their issue, and let me mind you, they were told about this issue while I was calm and respect was given... and they were completely RUDE. I will NEVER go here again EVER. Not for gas, not for a car wash, not for snacks, not if I even run out of gas on the freeway right next door to them... only reason why I am giving 1 star is because I don't have a choice for negative stars.
