Today I took my car into Rock Collision after it was damaged in a parking lot earlier that same…read moreday. I was especially upset because this was the exact area that Rock Collision had repaired for me just a few months ago. When I called, they immediately told me to bring it in so someone could take a look and see if anything could be done, maybe even buff it out. When I arrived, Frankie came out personally, buffed out the transferred red paint, and made the damage look so much better. He also pointed out two small spots where the paint had chipped and explained that they would need touch-up paint. He even told me exactly what to ask the dealership for and said that if I didn't feel comfortable doing the touch-up myself, I could just bring it back and he would help me with it. This level of customer service is rare these days. Rock Collision truly cares about their customers, takes pride in their work, and treats people with kindness and honesty. It's refreshing to do business with a company that is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair or body work.

They sent out a quote to my insurance the day after I dropped my car off, but AAA didn't tell me until I called them. Very high repair costs but I don't know enough to say if it's accurate. I wish I got a second opinion before taking it here because I couldn't get the car after it was declared a total loss. They were polite and respectful the entire way through though, even helping me carry my stuff out when I was cleaning out my car. They aren't allowed to do anything like help disassemble a dashcam though, so unfortunately I was forced to leave that behind.

Estimated time of completion was 8/19 Brandon and his team completed everything by 8/13. When I came in to take delivery of the car. Brandon noticed at the front bumper, wasn't aligned correctly.. He kept my car one more day to make sure everything was absolutely perfect.! He then went out of his way which I'm sure is against protocol to hand-deliver me the car due to my work schedule.! Insurance took care of everything. I'm assuming the value is exactly what it needs to be. Unfortunately, I didn't have to pay but my deductible.! We called him back 1 1/2 hours later, no answer. We tried again 1 1/2 hours later, again no answer. A little later he called us back and SCREAMED AT US for calling him too much and then HUNG UP ON US (before we could even speak)!!! We had been trying to get our car in to have the paint touched up for the previous 5 MONTHS!! Each week he would say "Call me at the end of the week" and then would tell us at the end of the week that he couldn't get us in. He continuously took in other cars ahead of ours and kept pushing us back. We kept trying, but eventually he wouldn't answer his phone (caller ID) so we left messages, but he never called us back. This is very unprofessional. Who treats a paying customer this way?? If you want to be treated this way, then do business with Mitch.
