My boyfriend and I just moved to Round Rock from out of state and were in need of a storage unit…read more We needed one that was outdoors and on ground level for easy drop-off and pick-up access and luckily this was the first place we called to inquire. The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! I highly recommend to come here, great service and great staff :)

I am giving this U-Haul location 5 stars SOLELY due to Amaya. I was told when renting the truck…read morethat I could drop off at any location because I did not know what area I was going to end up in. When I got here I was told I could not. Being on a time constriction due to work, I asked if there was anything they could do. Amaya said ok. I could tell the boss lady was not so happy when she came out to get the truck. And I just wanted to publicly thank and show my gratitude for this location and Amaya for being accommodating. And I am so sorry if it got you in any trouble! Thank you so much again Amaya! And to anyone reading this, make sure when renting, even if they tell you that you can return it to any location, be aware you cannot, or should not. I feel very fortunate and if there's a next time I will be sure to either call ahead or find a willing location so that I do not make anyone have a tough day. :)
