She and Miguel were extremely nice and very professional when it came to getting the job done correctly. I came in at 12 (per my appointment) and asked for an exterior wash and an interior detailing. I received a text at 2:04 that my jeep was ready. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed that the back had not been vacuumed well if at all. I also noticed sand still on the floors and mud that was still on the outside. One gentleman took my vehicle back to the detailing spot and asked a couple of guys to blow out the back. I decided to take a towel that I had in my vehicle and start going over other places they missed. I step to the back and ask them about cleaning something on the inside and that's when an employee thought it would be appropriate to ask me if I thought my vehicle looks better than it did when I brought it in? Then he proceeds to tell me that not everything can be fixed. About that time Miguel walked up and asked me if everything was ok. After explaining everything from the vehicle not looking good to the employee who wanted to argue with me. Miguel immediately stepped in and took charge and told me my vehicle would not leave until it's truly ready. He did it too. Finally after almost 3 hours after telling me it was ready I was satisfied with what I feel should have been done the first time and pulled out of their lot around 4:45-4:50. Miguel and the lady writing wash tickets truly made me feel heard and seen when it came to my vehicle. Had they not I would have been demanding a refund. Thank you both for actually taking time out of your extremely busy day to make sure I left satisfied. I know it was a busy and hot day however I want both of y'all to know that it did not go unnoticed. I noticed both of y'all's professionalism, caring and respect. A technician attempted to correct the issue; however, the alignment problem persisted and, during the attempt, the trim piece was damaged. Additionally, the window has not functioned properly since that time. I was advised that a replacement trim piece would be ordered, but I have not received any updates regarding this matter. I have since visited the location on four separate occasions and, each time, was assured that the issue would be addressed promptly and that the necessary part would be ordered. To date, I have not received any follow-up communication. I have also made multiple attempts to follow up via email and phone, including speaking directly with a manager.

Or I would spend a day just using a push mower... so I decided it was time to get a seated mower. I've read a lot about zero turn mowers and felt I was ready to make the purchase. Through my search online, I came across Reid's Triple T and was hoping to find out as much information online before making the trip out. It turned out to be even easier than that. I contacted them by email and they confirmed they had the exact zero turn mower I was interested in as well as the add-ons I wanted. Without even having to talk to anyone on the phone, I was given a quote. Now, I don't have any means of hauling something like this and thought it would be easier for them to install the extras I was ordering. Fortunately, they knew someone who would transport the mower and for a reasonable fee, they attached the extra equipment I ordered. I was ready to make the purchase; I sent them the documents they required and I was able to sign them and email right back to them. Fortunately, I can sign electronically on my computer, but for those who can't, it might be nice if they used Docusign (but they might actually offer that). I spoke to someone over the phone to do my payment and in just a few hours... I had purchased my new mower and arranged for delivery. They gave me an approximate date for delivery and today it arrived... as promised. I am very happy with the service at Reid's Triple T. In fact, another person from this store emailed me to ensure I had been contacted after my initial email inquiry. They responded to all of my emails immediately and instead of what I thought would take days and ultimately result in me driving to the store (it's far away from me), I never left my house other than to greet the person who delivered the mower. Great prices, incredible customer service... I wouldn't hesitate to use them and if you know of another store that has the same product... you want to come here simply for the customer service. They way they treat their customers is how you would expect if you were family! I really can't say enough great things about my experience with this store and I know I will return. I will give them credit for being organized in that they pulled up my info very quickly. The girl behind the desk was a delight and everyone was very kind. The estimate (which we knew would be extremely conservative...was just that. The bumper is cracked but he looked me dead in my face and said it's better to keep all the original parts so we are just going to repair it. Lol. Um ok. I just let people talk bc there was no way this was going to be able to be repaired but definitely not going to argue. What's the point since he's not going to touch my car anyway.
