My boyfriend and I just moved to Round Rock from out of state and were in need of a storage unit…read more We needed one that was outdoors and on ground level for easy drop-off and pick-up access and luckily this was the first place we called to inquire. The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! I highly recommend to come here, great service and great staff :)

Being a new employee, he only had to seek assistance from others on one occasion, but we the return was quick and we were on our way in 10 minutes!!! Thanks for a job well done!!!
