Progressive made it right, and we took it to Black Diamond. This was 2 mos of me not having my car! I almost had a mental breakdown- horrid nightmare. I had my car in there to repair dents and no one gave any updates and I had to call or text them several times to get any response on when the cars would be done since it was done past the date they originally told me. All of this is fine for a little more time if only there were updates given. But I needed to know since we only had a rental for a few more days. And I wonder if we never contacted them as much as we did if we'd would have been waiting for a lot longer. Now I'm trying to reach someone to finish up the paint they said they would do and no one is responding. We were told someone would be coming out to our house do the paint and no one is responding. Like most people who park outside, I received some damage to my truck (4 or 5 dents from hail). I was dreading the process I would have to go through to get my truck fix. After I received a estimate of damage from my insurance company and received my money, I started looking around to see what body shops are in the area. I found Critical Collision was only a few miles from where I live. I read all the reviews and every review was extremely positive. so I gave George a call and he was able to pickup right away. George is extremely nice and approachable. He took time to talk to me about the hail damage and the door dings I wanted to get fixed. He told me he can take care of all that and if he finds any other dings, dents or other imperfections that he would take care of those too. He told me that he would let me know when he can get my truck in and he would give me a call to schedule a time to drop it off. A few days goes by and he asks if I can bring it in today or tomorrow. I told him I would bring it in today if that still works for him. I drop off my truck and a little of 1 1/2 hours goes by and he tells me my truck is ready. Wow, that was fast! I head to the body shop and inspect my truck. All the hail damage and door dings are gone! it looks brand new. Do yourself a favor and give George a call. I brought my brand-new 2025 truck to 360 on July 13th for a few small dents on the driver-side door…read moreand paid $1,900 for the repair and to match the truck's sheen. I picked it up July 21st and everything initially looked great. One week later, the repaired door became noticeably duller than the rest of the truck. I contacted 360 and brought it back on August 5th. They refinished the door, but the exact same issue returned 11 days later. I contacted the owner, Frank, and brought it back a third time. I picked it up August 29th. Shortly afterward, the driver-side door began getting stuck and would not open normally. On September 19th, I had the same issue again and could clearly see that the interior door was damaged and the pins were not lining up properly with the door frame, creating a crack. I contacted Frank, but received no response, so I went to the shop personally. Frank insisted they never removed the interior door panel and refused to take responsibility for the damage. When I asked why my brand-new truck had never experienced these problems before their work, his response was, "Maybe because it's a work truck?" It is not a work truck; it is my personal vehicle. When I expressed my disappointment, Frank became hostile, repeatedly cursed at me, and told me to " F*** you, get the f*** off the property." As I was leaving, he followed me out of the parking lot in a black Chevrolet truck. After paying $1,900 and making multiple trips back to the shop, I expected the work to be done correctly and the business to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 360 Auto Group. If you use them, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and documenting everything before leaving the property.
