We had an electrical house fire that burned the entire attic. The water damage by the fire department was excessive. The house required full blown demolition and clean up - being stripped down to the studs and down to the sub floor. Complete removal of the remaining roof structure. Leaving an open top box of our house and see through walls. On a Sunday morning I mustered up the courage to call around for estimates. I left a message for three companies. Sam called me right away within the hour. The other company on Monday mid morning. The third company never called back. Sam had the heart to express his condolences for our loss and assured me that we would be taken care of. The other company was indifferent and calculating from the onset. This is what sets Rainbow apart from any other company. Rainbow was willing to work with us knowing we had no insurance to cover the cost. They beat the competitors estimate. I assure you they will out perform any company in the Central Valley. They go above and beyond in providing helping hands, consolation and strategizing when you just don't really know what to do and where to begin. They are professionals with heart, mind and soul. You won't meet better people in this world, in business or personally. Saiid and the crew of strong, courteous and respectful young men worked diligently and tirelessly. They came prepared with a positive attitude and willingness to help with all the miscellaneous extra help we needed. They helped move furniture and boxes and stuff that we just didn't have the strength or energy to do ourselves. Saiid and Sam are the salt of the earth. They are absolutely wonderful human beings. I am so grateful that God directed me to them. They have been a blessing to our family. They are forever in my heart and I am forever grateful for them seeing us through this entire experience. The interior of our house (or what remains of it) and the parameter outside was left completely clean. They sanded down the wood structure remaining and treated for mold. We are ready to rebuild. On Tuesday night at 10 PM I walked into my father's home after 1.5 weeks of being away and my dad away on Hospice dying to a massive flood caused by the refrigerator. I panicked and ran toward the refrigerator and fell so hard... I didn't know what to do so I took a photo of the leak and I input it on ChatGPT and CVWR was the first company it recommended. I called it and Tico picked up. He could hear the distress in my voice and in 30 minutes he and his entire team were at my home saving it. They cleared out all the water and the entire downstairs. This job was not an ordinary job, even though leaks are not ordinary... but there's a hoarding situation going on and my dad's home and they had to move so much out. They worked till very late and were beyond professional and empathetic toward my situation. They then left multiple dehumidifiers and air scrubbers for days to help stop the mold growth and dry out my house. Their team does everything from mitigation to reconstruction. Every question I asked, Tico answered in detail and I completely trusted him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about insurance and has a good working relationship with my insurance adjuster. Our AAA home insurance adjuster, Russell, recommended CPR. I had explained to the adjuster that my father was dying and who would he recommend if it were for his closest family. The adjuster was really genuine and said CPR was the best. I was skeptical at first because there weren't many reviews and most were about carpet... it makes sense to me now. CPR is truly so good and busy that they don't need to market. They are simply a go to referral. The moment Matt and his team came to evaluate I knew they were the right contractors for the job. I had had another good team come evaluate before CPR and the evaluation was hands down night and day. They moisture metered every part of the downstairs and quickly began contaminating the mold and moisture. The damage in our very large and beautiful home has required stripping of hardwood floor and carpet, cutting out almost the entire downstairs walls, removal of an entire kitchen and bathroom, serious crazy mold remediation, and more. The home was built 20 years ago and the features are custom, high quality, and unique. It's very important to me to keep those same features my father chose. The kitchen island was custom stained and CPR has done the research and work to make try to get it to be the how it was from matching colors, tiles, and woods. They've been so kind and sensitive to my situation. I'm pretty devastated about the entire thing. They are probably about a third of the way through with the house. It's a many month repair job and so far I'm so grateful and happy with my experience. Matt the owner has been so communicative and my main point of contact. He always calls me back right away and communicates so clearly about every step. He's also referred me to some amazing resources for fixing the AC, plumber, and estate sales... all the referrals have been 5 stars. Lily the interior designer is so sweet and professional. She's sent me photos of samples, met me at a show room, and looked into all the old paperwork and documentation of the building of my home to figure out how to make everything exactly the same. The rest of the team has been really professional and polite and are all working so hard. There's a whole crew of people working on my home. They've completely sealed their working areas to make sure so dust and other parts of my home get damaged or dirty. My entire downstairs needed to be packed out, so their packing team carefully packed and documented everything. Seriously top notch crew. I know I made the right choice and that my home is in the best hands. Will update my review when all the work is complete.
