A five minute pop in caused me a 45 minute delay and I had to cancel a meeting because the posters were not ready after an email alerted me that my order was waiting for pick up. Not one single apology or empathetic gesture. Mistakes are expected and every one makes them. Poor service and response is unacceptable.

Still, I continue to receive the mail for the previous tenant. It's rather annoying and it's not my problem that the person didn't leave a forwarding address! This is absolutely ridiculous. They picked up mail that I once again wrote "stop delivering her mail here, the corrected names are on the box. This is ridiculous!!!" but still delivered 4 more pieces.
