I asked If the lady could cover the label with a little tape. We're talking 2 inches. She lectures me & says I could buy some! Umm I understand the nature of upselling the customer. But I'm bringing in a package already pre-taped, pre-boxed, with label. Good to go. Isn't the ups store all about, just bring it in and we'll box and tape it for you? This is the only franchise location that would charge a customer for 2 inches of tape.

I went in with over 60 pages of documents to print, expecting to spend some time in there especially when I saw there was only one employee working and multiple customers in line. I was very much impressed. The woman working was quick, efficient, and friendly. She got all my documents printed and had them paper-clipped and organized in the correct order. At other UPS stores like the Freeport location I normally get things out of order with pages missing and have to sort them out, not here. She knew what she was doing and did it well, I'm extremely appreciative of her attention to detail and will absolutely bring my business here whenever I'm in town.
