Most of the time I am just dropping off an Amazon return but sometimes I need some legit shipping help. The employees are always friendly but if there is a line there can be a long wait. Often it seems the store is only staffed with one employee so I try to get there a few minutes before they open so I can get in and out. As far as Amazon returns go, I'd much rather drag myself into this local store than have to haul my return through a Whole Foods or Kohl's. I'm thankful that when I need to send something back I have the competent folks at this store to help me.

The residents along postal carrier's route in Severn, Maryland, out of this location continue to be victimized and nothing is being done to stop suspected mail theft and tampering.
