I came in for a simple transaction and said hello when I walked in. Instead of being greeted professionally, the employee looked at me with a blank, lifeless expression, as if I didn't exist, and simply told me to wait, even though there was no one else there. She gave me a condescending attitude and made me feel as though I didn't know what I was doing. When it was finally my turn, she seemed more interested in avoiding the transaction than helping me and told me I could just use the kiosk instead. Stop stealing packages!…read more I run a small business and used to drop off my shipments at the Crofton USPS because creating labels at home made it convenient. Unfortunately, I've experienced issues with this location twice, where I believe my shipments were stolen. Without a scan, the items aren't in the system, and I've had to deal with disappointed customers who never received their packages. I spoke with the supervisor, who suggested that packages sometimes just aren't scanned but will still be delivered. However, my experience proved otherwise. I typically drop off 10-12 items at a time, so it's puzzling and frustrating how just one item could be missed if they're altogether. I can't afford to lose inventory and resend items. Due to this repetitive issue, I've resorted to having my home post office, in another city, pick up my packages to ensure every item is scanned. Be warned: dropping off packages here without verifying they've been scanned is risky. I wouldn't recommend it if you value reliability and proper tracking.

AND, Just because he scanned a package does not mean he ACTUALLY put the package in the mailbox. I needed that package for eye surgery.
