He didn't make any attempt to get out and said "no authorized recipient available", when I was sitting right in the front room. He didn't ring the bell, he didn't knock on the door, and he didn't even get out of the vehicle. This is pure laziness and incompetence. I will use all my resources to have this individual removed from working for the USPS. Usually tampering with US Mail is a federal offense. I feel this individual needs to be punished severely. The USPS has already misplaced the letter as I was supposed to receive it 3 days ago. I have been back and forth on the phone with the local Safety Harbor Post Office and the General USPS Customer Service Line for the past 3 days. I still have not received the letter. Whoever this individual is, I would really like to know. I will eventually report him to the 'United States Postal Inspection Service". I have lost complete trust in the USPS!

So much that we even used to give him cookies for Christmas. Always greeting us with a smile in his face, a very nice person. But, for whatever reason, that person stopped doing our route and now we have been assigned a new mailman, and that person is the most self-entitled and rude person you can meet. Two weeks into the job and he was already complaining that we don't empty our mailbox as often as he would like. We told them we both travel during the week and, at the very least, we empty it once a week. Instead of understanding, he said he was not going to deliver any mail to us again. I went to the post office and talked to his manager. He attended me and was very nice and understanding at all times. He said he would talk to him and, for a couple of months, everything seemed to be back to normal. But today, we hear a load bang on the door, I go out, and there he is again, shouting at me, literally "I've had enough, I'm not delivering any more mail to your house!". When I tried to talk to him, he called me an "a**hole", and when I said we never had a problem with the previous mailman, he replied "that's because they weren't doing their job". Well, maybe that's true, but he kept his clients happy and the business running. But this guy... totally horrible. He's lucky he works for the government, because in a private company, any employee that treats clients that way would be fired right away. Totally horrible experience.
