Did you know if you lose your mailbox key, you need to pay $50 to get a new mailbox lock and not only your mailbox key. Your request will be delayed if you go to the post office not affiliated with your zip code. You need to show proper documentation to be approved.

Inefficiency at its best!…read more The Christmas Season, with a line outside the door, yet only TWO walk up clerks. THEN ONLY ONE CKERK/WINDOW!!!! I'm not certain how long it will take to get to the head of the line, but it won't be any time soon. And, they are trying to do passports also. That takes an inordinate amount of time with people filling out paperwork with the clerk, language differences, and pictures being taken. Then the unbelievable: One window closes and the clerk tells the clerk next to him, "I need help closing out". The one clerk left goes to help and there are NO clerks working! New management is needed.
