the postman consistently either gives the key to the parcel locker to the wrong box or leaves the key in the box and therefore there is no notice that there is a package in the locker and it 's there for anyone to take. There is a woman named Sharon who works at the Panther Creek location who is loud, rude, unprofessional and needs to be talked to about the way she speaks to customers. Returned a package via the outside drive up box on Monday 4/22/24. Returned another package to the same company Thursday 4/25/24 and had to stuff it in the outside box because it was totally full. The returns have "smart tracking" alerting me via email once USPS scans them. Go figure i have not received an email for either package. i suspect if i go over there right now, the drive way will be even more overgrown and the box is spilling over in to the street. There's always an issue. Either the staff isn't available or they close 45 minutes before closing time. The collection boxes are never empty. The staff doesn't regularly check the collection boxes. During peak hours, there are only 2 people working, and there's a fixed line of 10 people. If you're not monitoring the collection box, at least put two baskets side by side and split the load evenly. Is there no one in America who can solve this situation? We're waiting for hours just to use the collection box!!!! read more

It doesn't matter how pleasant & kind you are when you approach the USPS employee to mail something, the usps employee is there scowling, defensive and ready to be rude to you. I typically use the kiosk to mail packages simply to avoid interacting with the employees, but that's not always possible. There is a gentleman who works there and he is always pleasant - however he is the exception. read more

I was supposed to get a package from Amazon but being delivered by USPS on July 19. It's now July 25! The reason? It was too big to fit in my mailbox and our apartment complex doesn't have package mailboxes so they wouldn't deliver it. Just got a call from them saying that they have my packages in the office. They no longer deliver to second or third floors! WTF? I'm handicapped. So now I have to go to their office and get my Amazon delivery? Pathetic. What do they do for businesses that have packages? Today's date is April 13th, and at least 20 people left because the collection box was locked. How do I know? Because I've been waiting for an hour and a half, expecting them to check the collection box periodically. Plus, the collection time for Saturday is 4:45, but the guy in the back only comes to pick up the stuff at 4:55, and by then, the truck waiting in the back has already left. If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here to buy stamps to mail out my save the dates and because they were small magnets in the envelope the lady told me to bring the save the dates up there to make sure they will go through their machine with a regular stamp. So I did and it went through fine so I bought 200 of the stamps she told me to use. Came back the next day after I put them all on and the lady told me I need the 2 of the bigger stamps now or they won't go through and I had to buy another 200 stamps and her attitude was extremely rude even though I did exactly what they asked and drove all of my save the dates up there so they could make sure I was buying the right stamps the first time. Will never use this post office again. Workers are beyond rude here and clearly hate their job. read more

After having trouble online, I was able to complete and have mailed the form to hold mail while you're out of town.

The passports we purchased were completely useless. We told the postal employee we were going to Scotland and we received a passport I.D. This is only valid when cruising to Mexico. We should have spent hours researching prior to our visit. She was the only qualified employee who was authorized to help. So she has some knowledge of the process. Go to UPS. The cost is comparable and you don't have to wait for your packages. I use to wait more than 20 minutes for my packages at this location because someone was on break. It happened countless times and the line was 10-15 people deep towards the end of the day. This is NOT normal behavior! You don't expect to be treated like human garbage but that's exactly what you are to these employees. read more

There's always a line, but they're always very nice, and of course "everybody loves Raymond" our favorite Fijian!! Half of the automated stations seem to be consistently out of order, so I'm sure that adds to the reason for why there's always a queue. Honestly though, for a post office, it usually moves pretty fast...it took FOREVER most of time in Hollywood, no matter what location you went to, and there were tons more people. read more

Terrible customer service. I tried calling regarding a missing pkg ($400 firearm part) and literally spent 15 minutes listening to the phone ring - with no one answering. In regards to lost packages, I've had 2 missing packages and 3 packages delivered to the wrong address. Luckily, my neighbors were honest enough to bring the packages over to my house. Also in the past several years I've had other firearms parts go "missing" or claimed to be delivered. Part of the problem is companies slapping their logos on the outside of the box and letting everybody know that something firearms related is in the box. Perfect for the connoisseur of fine gun accessories to know what to "deliver" (or have it accidentally fall out of the back of the their trucks). Advice - if you must send something through the post office - require a signature. Better yet avoid the USPS and use Fed Ex or UPS. read more

Avoid the Panther Creek post office at any cost! Lines are always so long and the postal workers are so obnoxious at this location. The guy in front of me walked out because they were so rude and then it was my turn next and he was equally obnoxious to me, so I decided to leave as well and not interested in their abuse. As I was walking out another customer said I try to never come to this post office because it is always an awful experience. I have avoided it for over a year and would gladly pay more to mail from UPS or FedEx just to avoid them, but I had a package that had to be mailed back USPS. This post office is the only one I know of that loses a 1 day shipping package to be delivered in Spring TX. Sitting in limbo right now. I actually waited in line for 30 minutes and watched them put stickers on the package with 1 day express. My customer paid 25 dollars to have this delivered in 1 day. Post office is in Spring. BEWARE: very rarely are the employees kind at this location. They usually act irritated and annoyed. They love to point out the wrong packaging (instead of helpful assisting to a less expensive option they just point to the back of the room) or even make you rewrite an address even though the sticker goes over whatever you wrote. The line is held up mostly because pride and not an actual regulation on their part. They act superior and as if you are on their time. Usually other customers in leave upset before even getting helped. The mall location is usually better. I just use the kiosk to avoid them and pray the kiosk is working each time I go in. read more

I always liked this post office and I have used it for years. However I have watched the prices go up and packages take longer to arrive. Great move /idiot postmaster. This last straw was when the kooks were updated again . I tried to stick the post office cause it still was cheaper& have used the self serve kiosks to save time. No more . Why ? However now the kiosks have been "improved "by adding several more steps , I'll not be back . The kiosks are now very slow.They just dont save time. I even got charged and my postage never came out. I now had to file a case number to have a postal employee call me back in 2-3 days. I even went to the Pinecroft post but their kiosks have also been "improved. I stood in line , mailed my package with a very nice clerk. When I returned home I saw I was charged for postage that never came out . I'm now going to mail only with ups or FedEx . Since the holidays are coming up , I'll not go back . No way should trying to mail a package be this frustrating or time consuming. read more

Terrible service by most of the front desk people. Today this rude woman, yes, she is the one with the scowl looking at the customer like if they were such a nuisance, gave me a hard time because I asked her not to cover a Fragile sticker original to the box. Apparently a Fragile label requires 10 extra $, but she had not told me that and instead just covered it. She called the poor manager who sheepishly explained to me the rule but then allowed her not to finish the transaction with me when she rudely sent me to "Step aside for next clerk", 10 extra minutes of wait. What powers are these people given instead of proper training? I believe these reviews do not improve things with this USPS office, they actually like bad reviews so people just stay away and go straight to UPS. Next time i will too. read more

This is, without a doubt, the worst US post office I've ever been to. Whenever we have a package that manages to be shipped here, I cringe heavily. In general, the workers are unhelpful and rude. If you have a package that you need to pick up, there's only about 25% chance someone will actually be there to help you. Expect your items to be shipped back to the sender. read more
