Package 2 was delivered to the PO Office at 9:27am and was marked delivered, at 9:50am marked unclaimed ALL ON THE SAME DAY. The staff is no help, When I contact the PostMaster at this branch she always state "I'll look into it, give me you information and I'll call you tomorrow". I understand she might get busy, so I call her back after 5 day". I have even called and emailed the regional postmaster, yet nothing has been done.

Unfortunately my experience was much like the others who said similar things. I had a return that…read moredidn't require special packaging according to the merchants return instructions. The item was a pair of shoes, in a shoe box. The young man working the return abruptly told me that it needed additional packaging, and then went on to say "If anything happens to it it's not UPS responsibility". It was surprising that a carrier being paid to safely deliver a package would be so quick to absolve themselves of that responsibility. Being that he is younger, I believed this to be a training issue so I mentioned that he should work on his customer service skills for how he says things. He'd already printed the return label when the other young man working there chimed in and told me I could take it to Macy's and return it there. I'm aware, but I'd chose to return it here out of convenience. It was made clear by these statements that this location would prefer not to handle returns and is not interested in changing how they speak to customers.

I have lived in Lexington Grove now a little over a month and almost every other day I have trouble getting the key into the lock in my mailbox at the front of my neighborhood. The mailboxes look like trash as it is. They are all beat up and broken and the locks desperately need to be serviced or greased. Some of the doors are even pulled off and sitting inside the mailbox. I have had to grease up my own lock multiple times just to get the key into it to get my own mail. Given how the city of Missouri city seems to take so much pride in itself, I find it strange that the mailboxes look like utter trash. Then I have to walk out in front of a collision shop with God knows how many cars lining my street just to get my mail and grease my own lock. Not even the city of Houston is this bad. I've tried calling the post office to report this, but no one has ever answered the phone.
