I drove 25 minutes out of my way to this post office on December 11 and stood in line for 30 minutes to mail (priority, certified) some important legal documents to Houston, TX. We regularly get the wrong mail that's meant for our neighbors and important mail or ours gets delivered somewhere and we get b ok answers from the post office. We were told to take our attitude elsewhere when showing in person to find our mail. This is a government run facility and it needs to be regulated better. read more

This has to be the most poorly run and staffed Post Office in the US. The self-service automated systems are frequently down. The people at the counter are slow, and have too much "fun" with customers instead of moving things along. The mail carrier for my house has been a steadying force for more than 20 years--when there is substitute carrier all the junk mail and the first class mail is wrapped up in a wad or ball and shoved into my mail box---with half sticking out for anyone to take. Last week I filed a hold the mail for a couple of days, and the mail was supposed to be restarted today and the held mail delivered. Got no mail today--they screwed up. read more

I have some free time tonight, so I thought I'd finally get around to posting a review just to say that this p.o. can be hit or miss. I've had bad experiences; I've had good experiences there. Never go to this post office. Quite possibly the worst service ever. The employees are rude and offer no help. They are inconsistent in their actions and you always wait 10+ minutes in line because they are SLOW. FedEx and UPS are MUCH more accommodating and friendly and package your stuff for you. If you need USPS, PLEASE go to another location. read more

Interesting reviews about the S.Euclid USPS office here. We've been a consistent and frequent customer of this particular location and I must say in years of daily shipping w/ USPS I have not come across USPS staff this rude and this indifferent about their jobs. We've literally been given answers such as: (verbatim) "I don't get paid enough to do ...". Very disappointing service and questionable attitude of a business that faces major competition and fiscal troubles. Saddening. Edit: To be fair. Not all employees are equally rude. The ladies are usually easier to deal with, but one gentleman behind the counter is rude, condescending, and particularly unlikable. read more

I went at 1pm on a Tuesday-Just wanted to send some online clothes back. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I highly recommend you do not send your packages from here or have the delivered here, if possible. For whatever reason, I've had multiple packages get lost - which is absurd and unheard of - on both ends. It's highly unusual. I've noticed that people have mentioned great customer service in other reviews for this location - and although I can't speak fro everyone that works here - I've had a woman hang up the phone on me in the past. Very poor attitude and questionable service. And I have also gotten the response (randomly) "I don't have time for this; I don't get paid enough." Also, this is not meant to be a rant from some angry person... I usually only post on yelp good reviews...! This place is the worst! It's been my local PO for the last 7 years. If I have to come here I try to use the machine exclusively. One thing you can count on is the rudeness and ignorance of the staff. Also in terms of mail delivery from this PO, I've had at least 4-5 USPS packages that were "delivered" and never brought to my home. I have never had anything not delivered by UPS or FedEx This has even happened when I've been at home all day on the day of delivery. If you call to follow up, you will get the run around and it will be a big waste of your time. Ugh read more

So it's Christmas time and a card was delivered yesterday in South Euclid with the bottom corner torn. Fortunately the sender, which did include a check, put the card in upside down so the opening was near the top. This is ridiculous!!!!! read more

the worst .. more than once we have gotten a whole rubber banded bundle of mail shoved in our back door that is for some other address than our own as if they expect us to deliver it for them .. more than once they have returned bills to the sender saying our address is no longer valid resulting in late fees to be paid .. when you call they can care less .. no wonder people want to pay everything online now .. ridiculous .. our tax dollars at work unfortunately read more

It really is.the worst in the world. We've lived in multiple locations in the country, including overseas with the military. Our mail consistently gets delivered to the wrong address, or lost. We are constantly exchanging mail with various neighbors, to get everyone's mail to the correct recipients. But of course, important mail gets lost, or people simply don't exchange it. The post office management does nothing. It's been like this for years. Of course, a few people are nice, but you need the whole team to deliver mail properly and you never know who you're going to get to deliver your mail. We've gone as paperless as we can, but you simply can't go paperless on everything, like for some important medical bills. If we ever need something important mailed, we will go through a commercial carrier, or we will mail it from a different branch all together, it's definitely worth the trip or the cost. read more
