She was training another tech and in the process of filling out passport documents I hand try handing her a document and she shoves it away, try asking her a question wouldn't let me speak. She kept raising her voice at me. She was in such a rush and handed me papers to fill out missing items on the passport sheet handed it back to her and she said " are you giving me the correct one for each person" " you are the one responsible for you own document" such a rude nasty person that was in a rush very messy and not organized.
