She kept raising her voice at me. She was in such a rush and handed me papers to fill out missing items on the passport sheet handed it back to her and she said " are you giving me the correct one for each person" " you are the one responsible for you own document" such a rude nasty person that was in a rush very messy and not organized. She should be fired, that's no way to treat a customer that spent $500 for passport renewals.
