Poor customer service - they'll talk smack about you amongst each other, even if you're standing right in front of them during a transaction! I was having trouble sealing my package and I guess it was something they felt the need to comment on when I had asked for help, as if it were absurd. They don't engage with you at all, not even a greeting, unless you ask them a question. read more

Was told to leave because I had a dog when my dog is clearly a service dog. they wanted papers to prove she was a service dog and I said there aren't any and they asked me to leave. Although this post office is kinda hidden I think it makes it actually perfect. It's within a plaza but in the very back standing alone. There's alot of parking available to. Everytime I've come here there's never really a line and im in and out five minute tops. On this last visit I didn't have to wait at all. I walked right up to the counter,swore that I wasn't sending anything illegal or hazardous,paid, and was on my way. So far the employees I've dealt with at this location have all been helpful and friendly. Makes the quick experience at this location worthy to keep coming back. read more

I tried twice to go to this post office at different times and the line was down to the door with just one postal worker taking care of customers. A second person started working the desk after half an hour. The automated machines were down too. The postal workers were nice but they need more people. Also, the wifi on my phone went dead as soon as I entered the building. I'm not sure what that's about. read more

This post office has lost 3 of my packages since the start of 2022 and I suspect it's because they have a dyslexic girl working the delivery routes. I have bought things off of ebay where the seller ships off unique products to me, ones that are not in circulation so their value is high in that regard. This USPS have mis-delivered those packages to the wrong parcel locker I can only assume, because they'll show as delivered but they are nowhere to be found. This is especially frustrating because when it shows as delivered, I have no way to prove my case that these items were not received and cannot get a refund. It wasn't the sellers fault, they shipped the package and that was their only job, and it wouldn't be ebay's fault since the USPS is supposed to do their job of delivering. I figure since USPS were the ones to mess up, that I'd be able to get a refund directly from them. But according to them, I can only get a refund if I purchased a "refundable extra services" label, which is absurd to me as I should be able to expect them to deliver a package normally without issue and without having to pay extra. The most they offered me was a letter to be able to send to ebay or the sellers directly, but that wasn't of much help because the tracking number says delivered. To ebay it would just be me, my word, and the letter as my only form of proof that I hadn't received the items I paid for. I am essentially stuck with a $100 loss on my end and no options on what to do. This has been a nightmarish experience, no one's fault but USPS. I'm not even upset over the one of the kind, unique items I had purchased and that are now gone forever. I just wish to receive my money back. read more

I am surprised this USPS has not been shut down. This is hands down one of the worst USPS I have been to. The lines are always out the door, with only 1-2 people working (if it's 2, it's your lucky day). What bothers me the most about this specific location is how little they care about packages. They make you drop off packages by the counter, by the entrance, and just in the most inconvenient places where they can easily be lost/stolen. The worst post office with some the most rudest workers. They need to terminate all those ignorant women that work at the front and start over. I came in calm and in a great mood and this woman proceeded to tell me that my address on my ID needs to match for them to release my package. Since when is this a rule? I've been to this post office several times and never once had anyone ever said anything to me regarding this. She them proceeded to tell me that my package probably went back already and I let her know that it says it wouldn't be returned until August 10th. When it comes to bad service, these guys take the cake!! I had to drive all the way to the post office because the mail man was too lazy to get off at my house to have me sign for my package. Instead he put a paper in my mailbox saying I had to go pick it up because I was not home when he passed by... Which I was. But anyways, I walk in and see a sign that says pick up here. So I go to the sign and someone tells me to wait for the person in charge of doing pick ups. After waiting for about 10 minutes, another employee says that the pick up line was closed so I had to make the regular line which of course was extremely long. So I'm stuck in line for half an hour and when I finally get to one of the people at the front, the guy tells me that the pick up line is on the other side. I tell him its closed and he said that someone would be there, to just knock. So I go and knock and nothing. So I go back to the guy and tell him that no one was there. He asked me to wait to the side so he could finish helping the person he had in front of him. He had me wait about 20 minutes while he helped several other people before helping me out. What should have been a 10 minute experience turned out to be a very long nightmare! All to pick up a small package. read more

I went at 6 am to use the kiosk. I had difficulty and ran into error. I knocked on the door and the manager came out and assisted me. She could have stayed behind the door and not care or be afraid for her safety. She saw that I was a woman alone. I am very grateful. This is the absolute worst post office I have ever been to. Called today because my package was delayed but it was at the center so I was told to just go pick it up at the center and when I got there they refused to even go check for my package. They just kept repeating "We don't do that". I kept insisting that I spoke to USPS and was told to come directly here and that I have done it before and she didn't even bother to go look. Worse Post Office ever.....So far they have lost two of my packages that I personally delivered to them and handed them to an employee. Both times I have asked to speak to a manager and the manager tells me there is nothing they can do. That they DO NOT scan packages at that location. That the scanning is done when it arrives at the shipping warehouse and that the package may or may not have made it to the truck. That since it is not scanned by them that the fault lays in the hands of the shipping department. His answer was to wait a week and open a claim.....Do not go to this post office. Due to moving to a pre construction community, we had to pick up our mail at this location (20 minute drive) for about two years, while the rest of the houses around us, finished being built. From 4:16-5:10 to send ONE letter. It needed to be certified, so i couldnt just drop it. When i tried to do the self-service the machine was not properly working and it wouldnt accept my card. Then i made the line and it took forever. They do not have the certified mail receipts available on the stands next to the line so you have to wait until its your turn with one of the workers there. I had 7 in front of me and it took allt hat time. While i was there i saw at least 3-4 people leave pretty upset. I dont think they care about their customers. Sandy, ufff, she was polite to me but very rude with a couple of others. A lady even started asking for the manager, and her comment wasnt even taken into account. Apparently she had been there for a long time and the guy that could solve her problem was on break, they did not know until when either. Then she was told to come back tomorrow but since she had been there for so long she wanted to wait. Well, just a mess. I'm really upset about having to give this place one star. There should be the 0 star option. Worst place you can go to. I only keep on going there because it is the closest to my house. The personnel think they own the place, are disrespectful and there is only one windows open. This is by far the worst post office in Miami Dade. Don't waste your time coming to this location. People are rude, they don't want to scan your boxes and want you to dump it in open bins that anyone from the public can steal, and your packages don't get scanned until several days after you dropped it off in the bin. Service is so much better in places like Coral Gables, the Grove, Kendall, 8th Street...even all the way north in M. Gardens and M. Lakes! The government needs to shut this location down and start over with new employees altogether! read more

The lines at this post office are notoriously long, but I think that's true for most post offices in Miami. What makes this location tolerable is that there is ample parking and a self-service machine. If you need to buy stamps or ship a package, you can bypass the long lines and just do it from the machine located at the front of the store. read more

I'm not going to lie, this place can be a pain in the a**. But it's close to my house. And there have been times when I went here were the employees have been SUPER nice to me and helped me out when I was mailing stuff out. I remember the time when I had to fill out a passport application and I was fourteen at the time. The lady working at the time helped me fill out the application and got me everything I need to mail it out that day. So the good out ways the bad times with me. Because there have been horrible people working there that makes you think if you don't want to meet or help customers than why are you here? And there's a REALLY long line during holiday times and evenings. But that shouldn't make the good people suffer when they try to get you the best deal. I just suggest when it's holiday season, tax season, or weekends go in the morning time--plus, when you do they're the nice people compared to later on in the weekend days and holidays. Because they just want you to get out without talking to them. Otherwise, go when you have too. Also there's a machine in the lobby area and I believe it's open 24/7, but I suggest checking out the times on doors. read more

I have never posted a review on Yelp for absolutely anything but the experience I just had definitely had to be shared. Since the stamp machine wasn't working, I stood in line where everyone was within a safe distance from each other. There was a yellow sign that read something along the lines of "stay behind the sign" but since everyone was at a safe distance, it was okay. The next person who was in line was more than 6 feet away from the post office employee. This employee whose name I wasn't able to catch decided to say the following (in a high tone of voice, not full on yelling but definitely loud) "Stay behind the sign that's on the table. I don't want anybody up in my business. COVID is still very much real. I actually believe I have COVID now. Just came back from another country recently!" Not sure if she thought that would be funny but it definitely did not make anybody laugh. It was extremely rude, yelling at everyone standing there and making everyone feel unsafe. Even her own coworker had to apologize to someone who made a face. Absolutely ridiculous. She should not be able to work there especially when it comes to representing the government. read more
