The cost is reasonable and when selling items on eBay the feedback usually includes a remark from buyer how professional the items are packed and never damaged. Well worth the few dollars to have them pack items properly and get there without any damage. read more

Since I started going there I have had nothing but good experiences getting my stuff shipped off. With my small business, being Internet driven, I have packages daily that have to go all over the country and some international. Not only were they helpful, but they clearly show me all the options I have for getting my packages where they need to go and meet my deadlines. I have brought multiple items there with addresses when I was in a time crunch and they had to go before a holiday weekend. They got everything packed up, safe and securely, labelled and shipped while I was on to my son's game. You can't put a price on that service when you need it done and to know it's done right! Both Jim and Helen are accommodating and give me the service and helpfulness that I can't get at the post office. They save me time and headaches and at the end of the day that makes it more valuable than anything. read more

2 people in the shop and only one person was helping guest. They have signs all over the place saying "out of free tape for your box $1.00 cash only" and 10.00 minimum for CC. I could potentially ship thousands of dollars through here, but it makes you want to not go back. UPDATE: Had to to update this review to 1 Star from 2. I thought I would give them a 2nd chance and possibly change my review, but that did not go well. Owner was very threaten by this online review. I attempted to explain that their signage was a way of "yelling" at their customers unintentionally, but instead proceeded to start preaching to me that the review was not very christian. He even went as far as to facebook stalk me( knew several details about me), but not address my concerns as a proper business owner. His co-worker ( wife I assume) was pleasant, but he would not allow her to get a word in. Refused to accept my FedEX Air shipment. I will not be recommending anyone use this establishment. read more

I have never met nicer people to deal with in the mail and shipping services. They are always willing to help out and figure the best way to ship things for you. I've also used their printing services and I had to email them a document to print. They shared with me what types of paper would look best with the photos I needed to print and even printed off sample papers for me. I would give this business zero stars if Yelp allowed it. First off, I must state that I was a notary public for many years, so I understand how it all works. My wife and I just went to Copy and Ship HQ to get the second part of a document notarized (in triplicate). We had the first part notarized a month ago at another copy shop in Keller - it had the same number of signatures needed, notarization spots, etc. The first shop charged us $18. When we went to Copy and Ship HQ, their sign said that the first signature was $6, and subsequent ones were $1. Since the notary had to sign twice on each of the three copies, the cost should have been $21. When get got done, the notary (who is also the owner) charged us $48. He claimed that every signature anyone made on the document counted as a chargeable piece. He ended up charging us for my signature, my wife's signature, the places he signed, and the stamps. Even so, it didn't work out to $48. When we pointed it out, his only response was "It's still cheaper than a lawyer." I told him that the other copy shop had charged us $18 for the service. He just shrugged. A friend of mine had complained about the place before, saying that they nickel-and-dimed her when she sent a package. That's why I made sure to check the prices for notarization ahead of time. I should have listened to her, and taken it as a red flag when the notary and his staff continued chit-chatting when we first approached the counter, making us wait while they finished their conversation. Copy shops are a dime a dozen. I could have spent 25 cents more in gas and gone to the first one we visited and saved $30. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the local Chamber of Commerce, as well. read more

Too bad they don't have negative stars cause they would certainly receive some from me. I live in Southlake and did a google search for printer ink in Keller. This business showed up and was the closest to me, a 15 minute drive. I called them to make sure they had what i needed and the phone just rang and went to a message about operation hours and and option to leave a message. I decided to take a chance and drive over there. I go inside and there are 3 people behind the counter and two customers mailing something. I look around and it doesn't appear they have printer cartridges but I thought maybe they keep them in the back. I was never greeted or acknowledged that I was in their store. So i sit down near the front windows and wait. First customer leaves and the gal behind the counter starts helping the other customer. A guy that appears to be the owner is just standing there watching the gal help the only other customer. I pick up my cell phone and call the store trying to ask if they even have what I need. I sat there and watched the 3 people behind the counter totally ignore the phone and it goes to voicemail again. So I hang up and call back again. The guy that appears like the owner looks annoyed at the phone ringing and finally answers it. I ask if they carried printing ink and he says no they don't. So I leave to look for what I need elsewhere. About 15 minutes later I called back again and the gal answers the phone this time and I asked her why they refuse to answer the phone which made me drive all the way over there. Her lame lying excuse was that they don't answer the phone when helping a customer and that they only have two people there. So I told her that I was just there and witnessed her excuse as false. Her only response was "oh was that you that just walked out"? I will never darken their door again and I suggest that anyone else thinking about doing business with a company that cares so little about their own business that they find another business that does care. read more

My interaction with this company put such a bitter taste in my mouth that I had to wait a week to be able to write an honest, yet professional review. I called asking about dhl services. Jason was polite at first until I asked the difference between dhl and fed ex to send a package from keller to South Africa. Jason responded "so will you be needing dhl ?"to which I responded " could you please explain the difference between dhl and fedex before I make my decision?" Once again he responded " will you be needing dhl? Have a good day" and then hung up the phone before I could respond. I was stunned/ shocked appalled .... But I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt. I called back immediately and got the answering machine. I tried two more times with same outcome. I still thought they may be busy and not ignore into me so I tried again and someone picked up and then hung up. At this point I was furious and wanted to speak to a manager. I have to add that I am an American but I still have a South African accent since I was raised there. An hour later I had a friend who is from Texas call to ask my questions regarding dhl and fed ex and Jason answered her question politely. I was now certain he had caller ID, was RUDE and did not want to help someone who had an accent. I called back after my friend did and I spoke to the owner and informed her of my experience. She gave me a weak apology and made no attempt to make amends. Clearly they are not in need of business! I was so disgusted by their service that I've taken my time to write a review and tell all my friends not to use them. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and they lost $120 read more
